Enjoying the summer weather

Emilie wandered out to the lake, her robes over her swimsuit. She had finished all her work, and wanted to take a break. It was a lovely summer day, so she couldn't resist not coming outside. She reached the lake, and looked out over the clear water, before taking off her robes and leaving them in a small pile, by her blue towel. She checked her bikini as she walked down to the lake edge. She stood there and poked her toe into the water, checking the temperature. It was a nice temperature, yet still cooler than the air temperature. She walked into the water, up until her knees, then dived deep. She swam out entering deeper water, then brought her head up. She stopped and treaded the water, while thinking about her lack of troublemaking this year. She had barely seen Becca or Katie, and well, she'd gone off it, especially after an argument with a boy, whom she didn't know the name of. She was a little confused. She sighed, and lay back in the water, facing up to the clouds, watching their shapes changing in the wind.
