Kira had finally wondered out of the Ravenclaw Common room and into the rest of the castle. She had her leather journal under one arm. After a bit of roaming she settled on the student longue. It seemed cozy enough. She situated herself on a couch by the fire.

She opened its pages she described her new friend Zoe, a first year Gryffindor. She detailed the various students she'd run into, and then the different exams that had taken place the past few days.

She was so caught up in the words and doodles on her page she never noticed anyone enter the room.

Gwen was so relieved for the semester to be almost over and was excited for Christmas when she would meet up with her family. She liked family events as it meant she could do whatever she wanted to and have a break from the year. It was definitely an eventful year with the move to a school in a new country and the revolution taking place. She was happy though that no one said anything lately about it and hoped it would stay that way. The Gryffindor wandered along the corridors in her attempt to explore right before the exams. She would miss exploring the castle during the holidays and it would be something she'd miss dearly. The girl entered the student lounge in search for something interesting to do and found a girl in her year reading a book who she recognised from classes and from seeing her around. "Hello!" she exclaimed, sitting herself down in one of the seats near her.

Sara had been really happy with how the semester was ending, she had done her best ever in class and exams and she was proud of her hard work. She knew that now that she had the confidence to do her absolute best, the rest of the year would be the same. Sara just needed not to lose the optimism she developed from these past few weeks. Sara had a mission today though, since the week was almost over and exams were out of the way she wanted to have a little fun. She figured a lot of people were still in the student lounge so as she walked around the room, she finally spotted the person she was looking for. "Lumos," she muttered quietly before approaching the Gryffindor from behind and once she was close enough, she made a move to tap the girl's back wth her lit wand.

Kira looked up as a red-head sat down across from her. "Hi," She started, looking a little surprised as she noticed the other girl sneaking up behind the red-head. She recognized her, she had delivered Kira a candy cane. She thought her name was Sara or something, but she wasn't sure.

What she was sure of was that she knew this game, although she hadn't signed up for it. Kira sat quietly, waiting to see how things would play out.
