Isabelle debated whether she should send a letter to her dad this time or not, after what happened the last time she tried - and to her dismay, failed - to tell her dad about Hogwarts, it hadn't ended well. She was still somewhat hurt, but at least they resolved the issue over the holiday when she went back home in France. Thankfully she didn't have to interact with her father's new wife anymore, but she had a suspicion her father was still seeing her in secrecy, which made everything less bearable than before. However, at least if her dad really was seeing her in secret Isabelle was fine not knowing about it. For now in any case. She had to focus on her studies, extra hard starting from this year until her education was over. She hadn't been satisfied enough with her results for the previous two years. Izzy was working on lists and study timetables, anything her mind could keep her busy with, as long as nobody interrupted her she knew she would be done in no time.
As usual there were the occasional chatters of students. She heard a few conversations and shook her head, the things some people talked about simply did not make sense to her. Who talked about themselves for that long? Not that Isabelle wasn't proud of herself, of course she was, it was the fact that some students here seemed to be too self-centred for the young Ravenclaw's liking. After a few minutes of reading a book for Charms, finishing the first two chapters, Izzy decided to get up and see if there were any other books she could read for enjoyment. She walked up and down one of the corridors and found an interesting book on the founders of the wizarding school. It seemed entertaining and therefore she went back to her table and plopped back down on her seat, smiling out of joy at being able to read something she normally wouldn't find the time to read when she wasn't studying. She hoped those other people in the library wouldn't make too much noise.
