Cupid's Rose

Norton had never expected to be a part of something like this, a rose giving but he was so happy he'd signed up for it. He had the roses he needed to hand out in a bucket in his hand, he was gotten a flower to tuck behind his ear as he did so, and boy was he happy. He had the first name and relished in the opportunity to talk to people to find out who the person was. Eventually after many questions to people he was pointed in the direction of the girl he was looking for, who was apparently at the lake side. The hufflepuff bounced over to where she was, grinning excitedly as he did so, "Are you Zara Cohen-Knight?" he asked excitedly, his hand already hovering over the rose that he was to give to the girl that was Zara. This was the MOST exciting thing he'd ever done.

Zara had wanted to get away from the castle since roses had started to be delivered because she felt uncomfortable facing all that was going on and how fake her feelings were for Xavier and how fake they'd been for Asaiah. Still someone had found her and the fourth year nodded, "Yes."

The boy smiled excitedly when she confirmed she was indeed the girl he was looking for, he fished into his bag and pulled a pink rose, before holding it out to the girl, "Someone has sent you a rose!" he told her with barely contained excitement. Norton fished back into his bucket and pulled out the note to go along with it, "And this is the note that comes with the rose," Norton said, holding them both out for the girl to take.
