Full Name: Yeong Bitgaram. Cullen was born as Yeong Bitgaram which is his Korean name, Yeong being his last name of course and Bitgaram a name meaning "river in which light flows". He gave himself the English name Cullen which means Handsome in gaelic, so people would have an easier name to pronounce to call him by.

Basic Appearance:
- He has a small face, well-formed features, and beautifully slanted eyes. Along with dark brown and deep brown eyes.
Personality: DEFENDER PERSONALITY (ISFJ, -A/-T)
Cullen comes from a Korean family and attending the Japanese school he has found that he isn't able to learn all he wants to from the school. They, his parents, know Cullen is a rather smart student and capable of anything he puts his mind to. Cullen has struggled with learning Japanese, although some would say it is not very different from Korean, he spent more of his childhood learning English and Chinese than Japanese which has been biting him in the rear his first few years at Mahoutokoro. He has managed to do well but often has found himself wishing to go to an English school. Cullen comes from a very straightforward household, very clean and clear-cut decisions get made by the parents and they are strict with the children. He is a very transparent character, his intentions are clear. He picked the name Cullen because he liked the sound of the name when he said it or hears and the meaning is handsome which any guy would like to be referred to as! He loves the ocean and he loves to paint the waves with blue and white paint, he finds it very relaxing. He is a very relaxed person despite his strict upbringing and finds himself able to relax almost anywhere and nap which is another thing he likes to do. - He likes flying but hasn't ever gotten into Quidditch, it would take a friend who loves to sport to convince him of it really. He reads to pursue more knowledge. And he loves wizards chest, the moves behind and how it all flows and trying to outdo another person he finds it fun to play a game where you need to think so hard in order to win, rather just a game where to just hit a bunch of buttons and hope for the best outcome. He has grown up playing the piano at the request of his parents so he would hope to be able to continue practicing at school.

He has left himself to be imperfect, failed to live up to the expectations he set for himself and those of his parents. This boggart him doesn't seem to care either, not wanting to do anything to fix himself and get onto the correct path he was meant to be on. It's a scary image and Cullen quickly cast the spell and turns himself into a funny looking clown instead who jokes around with others in the room.
