It wasn't every day that Luke and Sarah got to celebrate the birth of their beautiful peanut. Three years was a long time to be parents and though they had not planned their baby girl, they would never wish for anything else. Luke quickly put the finishing touches one the Princess cake as he could hear Sarah and peanut returning. He was excited to see how their daughter would like her cake, she'd been dropping hints all month about the type of cake she wanted, all the blue and pink icing was probably going to give her a sugar rush, but she basically lived on the stuff as it was so it wasn't like this was going to give her anything worse he supposed. Smiling to himself as he popped the princess on top (he'd worked for weeks to make her look exactly like their daughter) Luke stepped away to revel in his masterpiece. Honestly he was so lucky he was so gifted with food. It made their lives easier. Sarah went and did her thing and Luke did all the cooking. Their reversed gender roles were nothing special in his family though and he was very much like his father.

Wanting the cake to be a surprise for at least a little longer, Luke quickly hid it with a spell before Sarah could make her way in, carrying peanut with her. She was very spoiled, but she was their little bean and that was all they really cared about. Luke held his arms out for his daughter and she ran to him, jumping into his arms as he swung her around. He leaned over to kiss Sarah on the cheek. "How'd it go, does she suspect anything?" Luke had wanted this to be a surprise party, but unfortunately madam was very perceptive and she knew her parents routines very well, so when they did things a little out of the ordinary she generally knew something was going on, but he was pretty sure they'd fooled her this time. Hopefully, maybe. "And how's my little Princess, did you enjoy your morning with mummy?" He asked, lighting up when she pulled her face into a big toothy grin. She was honestly the light of his life and he could never feel anything but complete happiness when he was around her. Her and Sarah both.

Sarah entered the kitchen carrying their daughter, making sure to quickly put her down before she could hurt herself trying to jump out of Sarah's arms in order to get to her Daddy. Seeing Luke swing their daughter around joyfully, brought a huge smile to Sarah's face. Some days she still couldn't believe how lucky she was. With Luke as her fiancé, and their little princess, her life was perfect. Well, almost perfect. She was quick to correct herself, thinking of her younger sister Naomi, who would have definitely been the best Aunty ever. Quickly wiping a tear from her eye, the 25-year-old stepped forward to receive a kiss from her doting husband, who gave her a quick look, asking her if she was okay, and only after receiving her nod of confirmation did he then turn his full attention to their daughter's birthday. 'I think we got away with it.' She whispered with a slight laugh, trying to make sure that their inquisitive daughter didn't hear a thing.

"We had an amazing morning, didn't we darling?" Sarah asked, watching her daughter happily nod in confirmation. "Why don't you tell Daddy what we did?" Whilst listening to her daughter babble about what they did, how they met up with her best friend Nyah at the park, and how she swung so high on the swing, Sarah made a concentrated effort to push Naomi out of her mind for today. Today she was going to joyfully celebrate her and Luke's daughter's birthday, and tomorrow she could resume her search for her baby sister.
