History: Cleo Grew up in France. Cleo was raised a Muggle when she was 9 her Parents were killed in a horrific Car accident and then when she turned 10 she was adopted by a man named Richard and later got her Name changed to his. A few months after living with Richard he discovered that she was a Witch, and he was thrilled afterall he is a Wizard.
