Tempest was decently pleased with her OWL performance. She had failed Transfiguration pretty bad and barely pulled through on Potions. But the the other subjects had been a mix of As and Es and then surprisingly, one O. The newly minted sixth year didn't want to lose her stride and decided to get a head start on studying and reorganizing her notes. She needed to highlight concepts she still wasn't sure about or didn't get to before the exams. Many of the tables were already full, but she noticed a familiar face from some classes. "Mind if I sit?" she requested blandly.

Georgia had spent her whole holidays with her dad, they went parachuting for the first time. Of course it was first time only for her, for her dad it was at least the third. Weirdo. But Georgia loved spending time with her dad so it was what she did, she hung out with him all the time. Occasionally helping him with gazettes and also doing her Harvard prep summer courses, so she did spend the summer in the States. It was amazing to get a full year of summers without a real winter, except for the two weeks she did spend in New Zealand. But while after the course Georgia was motivated, she decided to go to library and spend her motivation on studying for Hogwarts now that it came into the main focus once again.

However, since it was the beginning of a school year, she didn't expect anyone to actually join her. "Oh, hey Tempest!" she smiled softly as she tuck her hair behind her ear before putting all her stuff away for the girl to actually have a space to join her. "Of course not. Feel free to join me," Georgia nodded as finally the space was freed up. "What got you here so early into the year?"

Tempest slid into a seat and opened up a Charms book as Georgia asked her why she was studying so early. "Gotta get ahead of some of my housemates," she joked, making an intended dig at June. She knew she'd never beat her roommate when it came to house points because that girl was dedicated, but Tempest would be damned if she wasn't going to try to best the girl at something. Just because she was trying to be a better person didnt mean she was going to be a goody-two shoes. That was just no fun. "I figured if I can get ahead on reading, it means I can catch up on sleep, too," she said. "What are you working on?"
