Standing over the cliffs, Diana looked down at the crashing water. Her gentle blue eyes were hazy and clearly showing that she was in another world. Her left palm was flat against her jeans while her right was clenched tightly around her wand. The Potions Mistresses red hair was curled and pulled up into a tight pony tail with the exception of her side swept bangs. She was wearing a white blouse, making her look slightly more professional.

Zoning back in, Diana looked around the grounds, wondering if Sophia had heard of her disappearance. She would have to tell her daughter at a later time why she was gone. She would have to inform her about her sister, letting her know that the four year old girl was really quite ill. Of course her daughter was strong, she would live but for a while it was thought that she had Spattergroit.

bleeh i'm so at a loss for words

Jonathan left the castle and made his way out to the grounds. His first semester at Hogwarts New Zealand was almost over and boy had it gone in quickly. He hadn't expected to fly by so quickly but true enough with exams, which he was in the process of making, were a matter of days away. The cool, crisp Autumn breeze hit his face giving his hair a windswept look. It was a welcome change from his stuffy office where he had been cooped up in for the past few days marking last minute assisgnments and making out the exams, he now knew why Professor Glasson needed the extra hand in the department.

As Jonathan walked further and further from the castle, lost in his own thoughts, he realised he was getting very close to the cliffs. He knew they were off bounds, but it didn't matter to Professors. Walking closer to the edge he saw a body looking over them. From a far he thought it was a student, "Silly children don't understand rules." he mummbled to himself as he walked towards the person expecting to tell them off. But as he got closer he realised it wasn't a student, but a Professor. And just a few feet away realised he knew the Professor.

"Good afternoon Diana." he said with a smile. She was the only Professor, Jonathan really knew at the school. He had spoken to a few here and there but never spent time to talk to them as he had with Diana. Although he had to admit he and seen and spoken to Diana very little as off late, but put it down to them both being busy and simply missing each other at meal times. "What brings you out to the cliffs today?"
