A Little Deeper
Personality: Casey is very laid back and easy going to get along with. She befriends anyone and likes to give people the benefit of the doubt, meaning even if someone says a person is bad news, she likes to give them a chance anyway and if they did end up being bad news, well at least she learned it herself and didn't just go off of what someone was saying.
Casey is a bit of a commitment phobe and tends to (literally) run away from her problems because she would rather not face them. In the end though it just ends up backfiring on her because she'll return and have to face a whole multitude more of problems. She is really tough and smart and can definitely handle herself well alone, she's independent. Aside from running from her problems, she does have that Gryffindor bravery even though she doubts it all the time and knows how to stick up for things when it's necessary.
History: Casey grew up in London, England with a family who was always so critical of her and very disapproving. She went to school at Beauxbatons for the first four years because it was her mother's old school but didn't really like it much. There she discovered she was bisexual and had a relationship with two girls, one of which was a (way) older Prefect named Anastasia. Her mother, who was absolutely disgusted and against Casey's new found sexuality, pulled her out of school in an attempt to get her out of a 'female majority' environment and thus transferred her to Hogwarts Wizarding Academy. Of course there was no different either, Casey got along with the people well, instantly making a best friend and found an older girlfriend. Things became pretty rocky for Casey as there were constant mis-communications and various other factors like drunken nights that affected her relationship with her best friend and her girlfriend, causing her to feel so alone. In an attempt to fill the emptiness, Casey did what she does best, she ran away back to France and back to her old girlfriend. She stayed there for a few months getting heavily involved with the wrong things and the wrong people, but eventually snapped back to her senses and went back to HWA and tried to repair the relationships she had damaged. It's been a roller coaster ride since her time at HWA but recently Casey did a bit of "soul searching" and realized that if she wanted to get serious and really do something with her life, she was going to have to focus on her remaining few years of school and she thought HWA wasn't giving her the education she wanted. She had traveled to New Zealand recently this past summer (winter in NZ) and heard of a wizarding school there so she decided to enroll and her father bought her her very own apartment in NZ.
