Dorothy & well let's just call him Douglas Howard,

They're the cousin of the Hubertas.

The twins are selfish, arrogant, and will be bullying other students (soon enough). Unlike the Hubertas who likes learning, Dorothy and Douglas have no interest in learning at all but they are forced to learn and they do not enjoy every minute of it.

Their father used to work in New York, so they used to live there for 7 years. And now, they're back in London, England and live in a manor across the Hubertas.

I'd like them to be in Hogwarts New Zealand, and hopefully both will be Slytherin and will become a bully.
