It was late in the afternoon when Jon had arrived in Brightstone village. His attempt to spend some times with Maddiie were weak, he knew his letter weren't convincing but he just had to know how she was doing. After the slap she had given him over the vacation, and never apologising for what he had said, he felt that he owed her that much. Wearing a black sweater, with denim jeans and timbs boots his attire were always constant of simple wear. Well at least for him they seem normal, there were still a few wizards who didn't agree with modern time fashion. Jon saw it more as to blend in with the muggels, since it was still unknown to them that the wizaring world didn't exist.

He waited just outside Brightstone away from the busy shoppers and business who tend to have overflowing of bodies stuff in their little shops. His view at the moment was distracted of the Orion shorelines. In some ways he missed Drumstrang and couldn't wait till he gets back, the temperature would be a lot better there. He also wanted to go back so he could be with Zehava once again, his feelings for her were strong he just hope they were on the same page.

Maddiie appear right behind her brother, as she drape her light arms around his neck. "Hey Jon." she smiled happily to have someone from her family actually come to visit for once, even if he was at risk at getting in trouble. "How did you manage." she swayed her delicate form around the bench he was occupying, slipping down to sit comfortably next to him. She felt at ease at least for a while she can break down the barriers that always seem to surround her, and just be herself with Jon. She never had the chance to actually hang out really, unless they were travelling with their father. Its been ages since they last travel some place new, "Would you like some tea?" she reach into her tote back feeling for the hot thermal, that she had prepared with spicey Indian tea.

Jon stiffen, than let out sighed hearing his sister irritable angelic voice. "Heya Maddiie don't swing please I'm not protected." he shield his face, teasing knowing what he meant by that. "I kid sorry" he didn't want to set her off today, no today he just wanted to relax, images of Zehava and Zak flashed in his mind, he shook his head pushing the memories away. "Yeah tea sounds good, haven't had it since we last visit India." he waited to her serve, peaking back at the shorelines. It really was calm today, something he hadn't expected. Maybe he need a few more lesson in divintation after all. "So how you been?" he asked looking back at her.

Maddiie simply rolled her honey optics as she pushed her brother away. "Oh you, yeah I'm sorry about that."she sighs bringing to pass of what happen not so long ago. "Just. Was just hoping vacation to go along a lot better than before." she looked down as she took the cover of the thermal and filled it up to the brim, carefully handing over to Jon. She noticed he didn't say much of how he had escape from the baring eyes of his professors, Jon wasn't acted like himself as much. He reflected Maddiie so much, something was bothering him. "I'm okay." she fib a little not telling him the entire truth. She was still wearing her engagement ring, quickly covering her hand with the ivory scarf that hang from her neck, hoping he wasn't so observant as before. She was going to tell him, not yet though, she wanted this visit to be about the both of them not just her. "And you? Heard you're joining daddy soon I hope." she wanted the best for her both her brothers no matter what, still she felt the need to look after them. Even if they were six feet tall over baring her petite fettle frame. She still love them as if she were...her. Taking a sip of her tea, she looked away, slipping into a daze of the oceanic blue.

Without even looking at her he could trace the bleakness in his lovely sister voice. It didn't take a mad scientists as to why she was feeling that way, at least part of why she was feeling disconsolateness. "Yeah I'm trying to at least, just been struggling a little with my grades." Part of the reason he was off balance he wasn't entirely sure if he could do what his father does for a living, his confidence level had bounce down a bit, another part was because he had worries, a few worries slowly building up his shoulders. It only took a few months to see the changes in his short simple life. "Maddiie...." he parted his lips to say slowly, "Live your life now she gone, its been a couple years now. We know you mean well but stop trying to take a role that doesn't suite you." his torso slid down, his back bending as he gave his sister a slide glance, "I want you to be happy Madz." he said with honest opinion in his voice.

"I know." she simply respond her voice fail to stay strong, it crack at the end as she fought back those tears that were finally slipping down her porcelain face. She lean against her brother still holding the thermal, in attempt to try and conceal her face. What he said was true, she had to stop trying to be a better mom to her younger brothers. They were fully grown now, even though Jake had a couple years till he was of age, he held his own very well, she saw that in her last stay at home. "I just wish..." she wiped her tears away, with the sleeves her cashmere sweater, her thick eye liner slowly sweeping down. "I miss her." she finally admitted it, she missed her mother more and the fact she never got the chance to say goodbye, the doors had never fully close. Though her memories were slowly fading still she had the feeling that she must do it, at least visit were she was laid to rest, to finally be able to say goodbye. "...and..." Maddiie continue as she sipped a bit of tea, before looking at her brother, "It happen again, I don't know what's wrong with me. Its been years and now it just happen out of the blue." Jon was one of the few who would know what Maddiie was talking about, she looked up at him, in other words she needed him more than he needed her. Maddiie wanted her brother protecting just as the same.

Jon warped one arm around Maddiie slender shoulder; he brought her closer into a loving embrace. “I know how that could be trust me.” He sighed as he pressed his lip against his sister forehead, with the tea in his other hand, he swayed it away from Maddiie knowing how sometimes he would spill something just on accidents. At first it took him a few minutes to register what she was talking about. Than it hit him, his hands squeezing her tenderly as he let out another dejected sigh. Another situation he had to worry about, he felt his scorn eyes look back at Maddiie, as he took several sips of tea. At least for now deliquescent was putting him at ease, “Than all I could say is get back on your potion again Maddiie. It’s the only way to control it, you can’t fight it alone…” he advises her wisely.

"True." Maddiie looked up at her brother what he said made sense, her immune system couldn't fight it alone, she just detested taste of the potion. Maddiie shudder taking another drink of her tea before setting it down on the ground in front of her. After a while her eyes flicker towards two little children who were enjoying the slight wind to fly dragon kites. They were beautifully decoated in traditional Chinese scripture, both painted lightly with majestic color paint. She watched as the boy and girl ran down the white sanded beach, it look so much fun just watching them, Maddiie exhale a breath of fresh air wishing she was that age again. Most children didn't have much to worry about, she envy their innocent, it was much easier when your that age. "You know you haven't told me about your girlfriend..." she looked at Jon, hoping she could at least hear some sort of good news from him. "...and correct me if I'm wrong, Jay told me about you being close to someone in my school." her voice sounded amused. She had wondered who it was, and why she never heard about this.

Jon sat in silence for a while, watching the same scenery as Maddiie. Even knowing that her sickness was back, it was something he had to worried about as well. He had to do a lot more research once he get back to Drumstrang. Maybe he could work side by side with Ben, seeing as he was heading to work in St. Mungos. They probably could finally find a break through, Jon tilted his head to the side still watching quietly till Maddiie started with him now. "Yeah her names Zehava, she great you should see her." he smiled his eyes lit up. "She was going to come for the holidays, it was to soon. She's a bit shy." least around other people Jon thought to himself not revealing that she was actually back at the cottage. He wasn't just about to tell his sister everything, private matters he kept to himself. "Jake ugh. Well its not a big deal I'm sure you know Zauk Bones. She said she knows you, but anyways were great friends." he poked at his sister side. "Anything else you want to know Ms. Detective." he laughed.
