Vito laid back on the mat that he had laid on the grass right in front of the lake. There were many students milling around, engaged in the various outdoor activities that they did on their day offs. Frisbees flew around, splashes were heard as people dove in the lake for a swim and others lay in the shade of trees, reading the books that they brought out. Some were simply doing leisure reading, others were studying. Nerds .. Vito thought. It was early in the school year, and classes have barely started. What the hell were they doing studying?

He opened the flap of the picnic basket beside him and took out an egg sandwich. Biting off the end of it, Vito smiled ruefully at the lake.

"Life is good."

Spring sun shone up in the sky, the weekend finally came for the first time after she came at Hogwarts New Zealand to study. Leslie round up to go at the lake for some peace and quiet, it seems that it is noisy inside of the Slytherin common room than outside because of Brightstone opening. She finally approached the lakefront and not a bunch of students was there, she was very lucky. Leslie has just to get a spot to do her under the sun reading or just sunbathing. She found her spot beside a guy who has a picnic basket and was eating a sandwich.

Leslie hesitated by looking at the other people around, she actually does not care what people might say but she has a reputation after all. Thinking it will just be okay, she made her way at the guy and sat beside him, Leslie smiled toward the guy and placed her bag on her left side. "Hey." Leslie greeted him as she laid at the grassy ground of the lakefront.

The sun was soaked into his body as Vito took a deep breath with his eyes closed. He decided to lie there in this position, one leg bent and on his back for a few more minutes before he started on his breakfast. Unknowingly, sleep began to encroach on him and almost had him in it's fiend's grip before he felt someone sit down beside him. Still groggy, he heard the voice call out a greeting. It was definitely a girl's voice, and Vito was much, much less annoyed than he would have been. You don't get angry at girls. Vito thought with a wry smile.

Extending a hand to reach inside his picnic basket, Vito grabbed onto a sandwich wrapped in plastic wrap. The basket cover overlapped his hand and cast shadows into the basket, blocking out everything in it from clear vision.

"Hello. I've got a gun and I'm not afraid to use it."
