Logan was bored and in a bit of a bad mood. He had tried again to get his mom to agree to buy him a new broom, but she had refused again. She had said he didn't need it yet and that it was dangerous, which was stupid. What was dangerous was Logan's stupid toy broom that could barely carry him. It was at the very least a danger to his ego. He had spent some time today wandering around the village in silent, protest, since he knew his mom didn't like it when he went there on his own. He was technicaly only allowed at the park by himself. He had intended to just break the rules because he was mad, but if he was honest, the village was a little boring for someone who didn't have any money on him. So Logan wandered back to the park, heading to the playground and looking around for someone to talk to. He'd met two girls here already who were fun, he wondered if Brynn or Nia were here again, but he didn't see either of them.

Henri's newest books on the local inscet speciems was a gold mine of knowledge. He had found so many of them that the book talked about in the park. He would find them, read about them, look at them and then set them free once again. He was just so eager for it. Henri knew that his mother would never let him bring any of them into the house. Henri tripped over his own feet, as he moved towards a bush he hadn't yet explored. His head hit the ground and the book scattered away from him. "Oof," he said with a groan as he began to push himself up. Realising he'd fallen right in front of someone. "Sorry,"

Logan hadn't really noticed the boy wandering around nearby until he literally fell right in front of his feet. He blinked down at him, wondering for a moment if he had accidentally tripped him or something. But then he saw the book and he guessed the kid had been reading and walking at once? That was weird, and clearly a bad idea. Who would bring a book to a park when you had so much you could be doing here? "Whoa, you okay?" He asked, reaching down to pick up the book and then offer the boy a hand. "Why did you fall?"

Henri was already moving as the voice spoke. he was slowly propping himself up, getting on to his knees and brushing down his hands on his shirt, getting it a little dirty, though it was clear this wasn't the first time he had got it dirty since arriving at the park. "I'm fine," he assured the boy, taking his hand and using him to help him get to his feet, though Henri did almost immediately stumble again over his own feet. "I just tripped, ground is uneven," he said, before motioning behind him to what was largely even ground. "Thanks!"

Logan pulled the guy to his feet, glancing up and down and noticing he had probably fallen down a few more times. Or maybe he was just wearing dirty clothes for some reason. He raised his eyebrows. "Is it? I hadn't noticed." He said, glancing around. "Were you reading?" He asked, gesturing at the book he had picked up. Then he opened it and frowned as he looked through it. "What kinda book is this anyway?" He asked, realizing it wasn't anything fun. It seemed pretty difficult to read, from what he could tell.

Henri nodded as the boy seemed to not see how uneven the ground was. But he held up the book excited. "It's on the bugs and insects which can be found, I've found quite a few," he said with a brightness. He was very happy with his book. "it's a short encylopedia," he said with a smile. "Short because it's specific and has pictures," he added, though he wasn't sure that was what made it short. "Do you like insects?"
