Bored out of her mind.

[Laura O'Connor]

Laura was sitting out in the corridor. She never thought she would say this, but she was really bored. She needed someone to talk to, anyone to talk to. And fast.

 

[Kyle Smith]

Kyle was walkng past and seen a girl sitting herself. " Hi, you ok." He asked.

 

[Laura O'Connor]

Laura blinked and looked up. This guy was cute. Really cute. Cut it out! she told herself, You don't need a crush. That didn't stop her from liking him.

"Oh, I'm ok..." Laura replied, staring at him with her bright blue eyes.

 

[Kyle Smith]

" Thats good." Kyle said smiling. " So what year are you in?" He asked. Hopefully 1st year. he thought to himself.

 

[Laura O'Connor]

"I'm in First Year..." Laura broke off, her palms getting a bit sweaty. "Gryffindor."

 

[Kyle Smith]

Kyle smiled as she said she was a first year Griffindor. " Great, thats what im in." He said ." Oh, im Kyle and you are..." Kyle added

 

[Laura O'Connor]

"Laura. Laura O'Connor," she said, and offered her hand.

 

[Kyle Smith]

Kyle shook her hand and smiled, it was nice and warm. " So, any plans for today." He asked.

 

[Laura O'Connor]

"Um, no," Laura said, pushing a curl out of her face, "I finished my Potions homework, but I have nothing to do now."

 

[Kyle Smith]

" Cool. So do you want to go the Madam Puffifoot's and get something to eat. or have you already ate." He asked.

 

[Laura O'Connor]

Laura grinned. "I'd love to," she said, giddy with delight. I'm going on a date!

" Great." Kyle said smiling. He thought she might of said no but she didnt.

[Hollie Ridley]

Hollie hummed as she walked along the corridor. Suddenly she saw Laura talking to a Gryffindor boy whom she didnt know. Hollie walked over to them both shyly.
"Hey," she said, quietly. "You ok?"
Suddenly Hollie felt embarrassed. Had she walked in on something totally private??
Oh great. she thought bitterly. Steph and Belle, Steph and James, now Laura and... and him? I'll never find a close friend. Everyone's taken with boyfriends or best friends. Grrrr!
she kicked herself in the shin for not seeing this coming. Harri had said it would get better, but Hollie could see nothing.

Kyle seen a girl who looked like a first year griffindor. " Hi, Im Kyle." He said then offered his hand.

 

[Hollie Ridley]

Hollie smiled.
"Hi, I'm Hollie," she said, taking the boy's hand and shaking it. He was very good looking, but Laura had got there first. "I share a dorm with Laura. You Ok? Enjoying HNZ?" she wanted to get to know as many people in her house as possible.

 

[Kyle Smith]

" Hollie, nice name." Kyle said. " Yeah, im enjoying HNZ, are you." Kyle asked smiling.

 

[Hollie Ridley]

"Thanks," she said, smiling. "Yours is, to. Yeh I am, it's alright. Missing my friends though." she grinned. "But hey, it's no sweat. So, where're ya from?"

 

[Kyle Smith]

" Glasgow and you." Kyle said

 

[Hollie Ridley]

Hollie smiled.
"Glasgow, nice," she said, impressed. "Me? Urm... Christchurch." She smiled again. "Christchurch in England," she corrected herself, remembering that there was a Christchurch here in NZ as well.

" Cool." Kyle said smiling.

 

[Hollie Ridley]

"Nah, it's not that good!" she said, laughing. "It's too small!"
But I like it that way she added, to herself.

" I would love to live somewhere small." Kyle said.

Hollie laughed.
"yeh, i guess it's ok," she admitted, "but it's quite crowded for such a small area!"
