Avery had never been to america, let alone Disney Land - but the wizard had never been one to shy away from new things, and besides all that he was with one of the few friend's he made at Durmstrang - Axel. The two had basically been inseparable all their school years, and now that Axel was graduating, leaving Avery with another year to himself full of trying to survive, it only made sense they'd spend extra time together. Whether Axel thought the same of their time together Avery was unsure, but he was also sure he didn't want to know. The two men, Axel having turned 18 and Avery finally 17, had decided to go off on their own for the first time. Avery's parents had been fairly wary, they insisted Axel was a bad influence on the ginger boy. He didn't agree though - he had fun with his friend. Even if sometimes they made a bit of mischief, like the time they crashed a muggle party a few years ago, and got their skulls about crushed after kissing on some guys' girlfriends.

It was all fun though as was this trip. So far they'd scoped out a few places to eat, and a few girls to chat up, but Avery had yet to see Axel do anything about it. "You're all talk Axel, no girl in Durmstrang would date you. How do you ever expect to find a housewife to clean up after you, piggy?" He teased, grinning. Axel had had some girls around him, but Avery couldn't remember a time it was serious. Or really more than just a quick couple of snogs and goodbyes.

Axel was finally graduating which meant that he could let lose for the summer before starting work in the fall, and there was only one person he wanted along for the ride, his best buddy Avery. The pair had been best friends since Axel's first year when he took a naive first year under his wing, the rest was history. It would be difficult for Axel to go out into the world with his friend, he wondered how Avery felt about having to go back to school for a year without him, but he didn't dwell on it. After all they were in the states to have fun, and to pull the ladies, though neither were doing so well so far.

Avery liked to rib Axel over his love life, but the truth was Avery had a worse record than he did. "Dude, Hela might not have been your idea of housewife material but damn she was hot, that's all I care about," He laughed nudging his friend while he sipped at his beer. "Besides, I'm more worried about your love life, or lack there off, how are you gonna pull without your wingman next year?"

Avery raised an eyebrow and rolled his dark orbs. "Hot? Dude she was hffa if you ask me." He paused. "Hot from far away." He extrapolated, shoving his hands in the pockets of his fitted jeans. "My love life? I'm going to find a girl who doesn't get boring after a week before I try and do anything else." The ginger kicked a rock. "Besides that, don't you ever want to get married? I mean not that I think you could find someone who would put up with you for as long as I have. And even i need breaks." It was all in good fun, though sometimes Axel's go-get-them nature seemed a lot to handle. The ginger man brushed back some of his locks and watched the crowds of people walk by them. He wondered if he would find someone of course, but Avery was slightly more romantic than his counter part, so the trouble would be the woman finding him attractive in their eyes, not the other way around.

Axel brushed his hand through his hair as he scoped out the bar. It was slim pickings, maybe because of the time of day, or the location, who knew, but neither of them had seen anyone who had peaked their interest. "Dude, you're insane, she was crazy hot, great kisser," Axel said reminising about his ex girlfriend. "Why would I want to get married? I'm young, hot and reasonably wealthy, I gotta take advantage of all of that," Axel eyes scanned the street in front of the bar and his eyes landed on a particular girl. "Dude check it, I bet I can pull that girl," He said motioning his head in her direction so Avery could see.

Avery shook his head. "That's great, but honestly who will pick up after you or even make you food. What if you like have to go out for work and need someone to watch the house? And besides that imagine waking up to the hottest girl you can imagine every day and not having to let go?" Avery added a point. "Besides you've seen what happens to old wealthy bachelors right?" He made a cutting noise, running the back of his thumb along his throat horizontally and then laughing. However he stopped when Axel pointed at a girl. He was probably right, he was charming. However Avery wanted Axel to make an a$$ out of himself. He knew his friend, he knew that Axel was charming, but also a fool. "Bet if you proposed to her she'd punch you in the face. And i don't mean with her lips. Face it your good looks are not enough to swing you a girl. You gotta work on that personality Axel." He laughed, sipping his own drink.

Axel raised his eyebrow at his friend as he spoke, it sound like he was either insulting him, setting him up to fail or challenging him, or perhaps it was all of the above. "That my friend sounds like a challenge," He grinned, though he took his comment about needed to work on his personality a little personally. "Hey I'll have you know, I have a great personality, watch me walk over to that girl and propose, I bet you she will say yes," Axel laughed and finished off his beer.

Saveli was more than happy to go to America with Viv a few weeks before school started up. Something about Viviana made Monty a little less nervous when she said she was going out. Perhaps it was because Viv was a sweetheart, or because she was a better influence than Gabriel. Whatever the reason Sav was glad. The blonde was holding pinkies with her friend until a few seconds ago. They were by some gift shops and food when Saveli smiled. "Hey, I'm going to go to the woman's room, stay and look okay?" She asked her friend before parting ways, getting distracted along the way by some of the shop fronts. It was amazing the thigns that muggles sold, and how different some of their "wonders" were to the wizarding world. Though Saveli had to admit she knew about it more than some because Monty owned many muggle things.

Viviana Nacht was so excited by the sites, noises, and smells of Disney Land and of America. She was constantly so sure she'd be singled out for her accent - but instead she felt right at home. The Spanish woman was just looking at some shirts on display outside of a shop when she heard Sav say she needed to go for a moment. "Okay! Don't be surprised if I've got a whole new outfit on when you get back! I wonder if they'd sell me a princess dress!" She spoke with a refined smile, attempting to look regal. It made the girls laugh before parting ways, and Viv continued to look through the clothing and the stuffed icons. She heard they had a world that was what muggles thought was magic, she was so excited to see that.

Avery shook his head. "You have the dumbest amount of confidence." He remarked to his friend. "Fine, if you can get her to say yes, I will be your assistant for the rest of this break. If you can't get her to say yes, then you have be mine? What do you say?" Avery stuck his hand out and smile a devious grin at his best friend. If it wasn't one bet it was another - all in good humor. No one got hurt right?

Axel laughed at the terms of the bet, but he was bold enough and confident enough to accept. "You're on, I promise not to work you too hard," He winked and walked away from the table and onto the street. The girls friend had just walked off so now was his perfect chance. Axel positioned himself so he was leaning against the wall behind her and cleared his throat. "Excuse me, do you believe in love at first sight? Because I think it just happened,"

Viviana looked at the boy whom had just spoken to her with a smile, her cheeks flushed a pale pink over her dark skin tone. The brunette tossed her waves over her shoulder and pointed at herself. "Are you talking to me?" She inquired, thick Russian accent fairly different from the conversations around her. Viviana looked to see if there were any cameras watching, if it was a joke or a prank. "You didn't mean like, the stuffed lion behind me yeah?" She asked still confused. "Oh no! Saveli walked away you emant her right? Shes got a boyfriend I'm so sorry!"

The girl seemed surprised that Axel was even talking to her which was cute, perhaps the challenge was going to be easy for him after all. "Who's Saveli? No I was talking to you beautiful, I'm in love with the way your hair moves in the breeze, I'm in love with your legs in those shorts, and I'm in love with that cute accent of yours," Axel flashed a smile at the girl, resisting the urge to look over at Avery.

"Oh Saveli is my friend who was with me. She's blonde and four inches taller than m.... oh you weren't asking actually you were... Did you say my hair in the breeze?" The brunette grabbed hold and stroked her own locks, blushing. "You're very handsome yourself. I'm Viviana." she introduced, extending her hand to him. This guy was so sweet, coming up to her and using beautiful words to describe her. She'd not heard any sort of compliments like that for some time. The woman's large brown eyes looked up at the taller man and she couldn't help but wonder if maybe he wanted to join them for dinner?

The girl seemed to have clocked that it was her he had come over to talk to, which was progress though he hoped her low self esteem would work in his favor. "No, I wasn't asking about your friend, I'm only interested in you," He grinned and took her hand in his own. "Viviana, I have a question for you," Axel began, first he kissed her hand and dropped down onto one knee. "Will you marry me?"

This had to be a joke. Viviana had never been so confused in her whole life. She'd never met this man, nor did she even know what his name was. However patrons stopped and were taking photos of the two, they were being surrounded by people waiting to see if she said yes. Hell the guy didn't have a ring and everyone still seemed so shocked, surprised and elated. And for a moment Viviana thought about apologizing and saying she couldn't - then she thought about it from the man's perspective.

He was good looking and sweet, tall and seemed interested in her. He was so taken away by her that he fell in love with her at first sight. This was like a fairytail. There were no prank cameras and she even saw Saveli looking at her, coming over at the speed of light from five hundred or so yards away. The brunette suddenly realized that maybe this was why the boys in her past didn't work out. She was meant to find love at first sight here. "Yes!" She answered happily, her grin splitting her face.

Avery watched the two, at first a smirk on his face. What kind of girl with what kind of low self esteem would say yes. However the longer they talked the more dumbfounded Avery looked. Then she said yes. "Merlin's short whiskers you've got to be kidding." The ginger approached his friend trying to look happy, though the smile on his face slowly became real as he approached. "Excuse me miss, my friend was so taken with you, let me congratulate him." Now Avery knew Axel wasn't complete garbage - if he were they wouldn't be friends. So he knew now what he was about to say would be the hook, line, and sinker. "Good luck getting out of it." He whispered for only his friend to hear.

Axel was fully prepared for the no to come. Even though she seemed so surprised that he was talking to her, surely the no would come. Then the word, Yes, came from her mouth and Axel struggled to keep his jaw from hitting the floor. "Wait, what?" He asked, shocked at her answer but not letting his face betray him. When Avery showed up Axel stepped to the side away from the girl. "Dude she said yes, the f**k do I do now? Am I engaged?" He asked his friend, Axel had never genuinely believed the girl would say yes, it had just been for a bit of fun. Turning back to the girl, Axel smiled at Viviana. "I'm Axel by the way, nice to meet you,"

Avery nearly died laughing, not realizing the cruelty of it all at the moment. "Unless you wanna tell the sweet woman you were just fufilling a bet, and embarrass her in front of everyone." Avery felt his face heat up trying to hold in laughter. "And while the introductions are sweet I'd be more worried about the mama bear! Besides you said she was hot." He grinned, before sliding away and making his way to watch from a safe distance. The people whom had clapped at her saying yes were all dissipating now, leaving a clear path for the three to communicate about the new engagement. If Axel was still Avery's friend by the end of this, they could probably stick through anything.

Viviana was so overwhlemed by the clapping she kissed her fiance on the lips. She didn't think she'd ever get to call someone that. The brunette grabbed his hand and laced her fingers with his before turning and seeing Saveli. "Sav! You'll never believe it. Meet Axel, my fiance!" She nearly shouted, face clearly so ecstatic it was nearly making her cry. The breeze in the air was perfect, the sun warm, and Viviana so happy to be engaged her mind was ignoring the red flags of a stranger asking her to marry him. After all, how bad could he be?

Seven Minutes. Saveli had been gone for seven minutes and by the time she got back Viviana and some man were drawing a crowd. Saveli was horrified by the man who was down on one knee. She'd never met the man before, adn knew by that standard neither had her friend Viviana - because she insisted on introducing Saveli to everyone she met. Saveli stormed over as fast she could, but the crowd drawing for the proposal was thick and until they dissipated she was unable to get through. The slytherin had fire in her eyes as she approached, only to be stopped again by Viviana. "Your what? You don't even know this man." Saveli then turned to whomever Vivi had just agreed to marry, and as if everything about this was his fault and none of it Viv's for agreeing, she pulled back and punched him, square in the jaw. People gasped, including her friend, but Saveli couldn't help it. Who was this scum who just asked Viviana to marry him. Once security was done escorting them out he'd have a lot of explaining to do, that Sav was sure of.
