Teddy reclined on a bench and sighed, a grin on his face for the first time in a while. Alfie and Jessi had offered to look after the children, once they realised just how much time they took up, so he could have the afternoon off by himself without worrying. He had spent the beginning of it going over all that had happened in the past few months. The death of his father, dropping out of school, Stacy's declining health, and now the death of almost all of his mothers family. Teddy hadn't spoken to his mother, or her baby, in a while.

Teddy had, since then, pushed it all out of his head in the effort to relax for once. He had actually paid for dinner which was something he had grown accustomed to skipping, the lunch and the paying for it. Just before his dad died, Teddy had gone through a rough patch and had gotten used to being sly enough to steal things. Now that he didn't have much money, that habit had come in handy for birthday presents.

The teenage boy was spread out across the bench, making it impossible for anyone else to sit near him without checking first. He always found it rude when people just sat down whenever and wherever they felt like it. It felt like someone was trying to invade his personal space.

Teddy let his mind wander away as he closed his eyes. He steadied his breathing so, to the untrained eye, it appeared he was sleeping. He found he got bugged less when he was 'asleep', something that had come in handy. Either people wanting to leave him alone to rest or they thought he was a tramp and didn't want to go near him. Either suited him perfectly, no matter what he was usually undisturbed.

Drake wasn't really in the best of mood's today. His father was on his tail again
and it was completely ticking Drake off that his father was pissing him off again.
It wasn't really a big deal at first because Drake was use to his father complaining
on certain issues, but there was a fine line between how Drake wanted to be
treated after a certain point. It really ticked Drake off that his father never really
got onto his brothers Dean or Aaron for that matter. One was older than him and
the other one was younger than him. It really wasn't fair to Drake that him being
in the middle always brought him more trouble than what he asked for. His father
was so unfair sometimes to Drake, but Drake did get the most benefits at times.
Even though his father was hard on him a lot of the time, Drake still loved the
benefits that he got from his father.

Taking a walk towards the nearby park, Drake finally had some time away from all
the recent stress in his life. He couldn't believe that a young individual like him
was having this sort of stress already. He hadn't had a lot of time to himself as
of late, so it was nice to have some time to himself. If Aaron wasn't always too
cocky most of the time around Drake on how many girl's he got more than Drake,
then he wouldn't mind bringing Aaron along for some fresh air as well. As for Dean,
he wasn't too into the young teen boys anymore, which was good for Drake at
times because Dean would break up fights and would just be over with it in no
time. As he walked through the park, he noticed someone sitting, or rather, laying
on the bench. It would seem that this was the only bench nearby that wasn't
occupied by more than one person. Drake didn't want to seem rude, but he really
wanted to sit down and take a breather. He walked up slowly and said, "Excuse
me, do you mind if I sit here next to you?"
Drake looked around once more to
see if any other benches were open now, and then continued, "I apologize if
I'm being a bother, but I really must take a breather. Drake's the name by the
way."
Drake smiled at the young individual that was laying down in front of him.
