Today I received the most peculiar letter. It was informing me that I was a witch! A witch! Can you believe it? It says that I am to attend Hogwarts, New Zealand. All my life, I have heavily relied on science as my beliefs. I admit that there were things odd about me, but never in my life would I have expected this. Mom and dad were very shocked too, but have apparently received a letter themselves, explaining it all. I am to attend Hogwarts for seven years! Learning about magic! I am going learn as much as I can. I really want to be the best I can! Well diary, I must go now.
