Personality: Shy at first but as you get to know her she can be quiet talkative, creative, persistent, sensible, sensitive, impatient, a little clumsy, forgetful

History:
Arwen is the youngest of John and Liliana Walker. Her mother was a native New Zealander and a Seer while her father is a Muggle who originally from USA. She has Korean descent in her blood from her mother's side. She has an older brother, Jax (13) who happened to be in the same school but got sorted into Gryffindor. They moved to her mother's old hometown, Devonport, three years ago as her final wish to return to their old adopted parents' home before she died of cancer. It's tough for everyone as they're still adjusting to the new environment and their loss.
