Character's Birthdate: January 1st, Late 1840's - 1850's / Died February 2nd, 1866
Age: Approx 19 (Human), As a Ghost over One Hundred.
Species: Ghost (Human Prior)
Appearance: Arthur is a Ghost and at that having him in some what a see through color. He has long unkempt hair which reaches almost to his shoulders. He wears old clothing that looks like a dirty untidy suit like garment. His eye's are Brown in color.
Personality: Arthur is a calm and Relaxed Ghost. He likes to keep in touch with Humans and help them out to the best of his ability. Being killed by his Brother via Knife wound to the back, Arthur is often unsocial but physically active with living Wizard; helping them in shops and so forth. He has a fear of being stabbed in the back yet again, not physically but via the use of talking. Once he gets to know one Wizard/Witch he feels more comfortable and opens up, talking more and more, though often side tracks himself with other things that are moving through his mind, completely leaving conversations to do 'more important things'. It is often said that Arthur talks himself up at times due to the fact that he likes to be thought as Royalty.

History:
Not much is known about the Early Child-hood of Arthur. It is known that when he attended Hogwarts he was in Ravenclaw House and he was a great Poet in his teen years. It is also known that when Arthur was a younger teen he and his youngest brother had been playing in a forest where his brother was killed by a Centaur. When he reached the age of nineteen he was a pure poet and story teller. He was rather wise and often was more intelligent then adults themselves. Later in his time as a nineteen year old, he and his older brother often got into heated Arguments over the fact that Arthur was responsible for their younger brothers Death until one day his brother decided to kill Arthur to conclude the argument once and for all. Stabbing him in the back with a Knife, Arthur fell to the floor died.
Since that Day Arthur needed to return to the world of the Wizarding community to tell his brother that he was forgiven, but never found him. Longing to find his brother again, Arthur remains to search the land, little does he know his brother passed away not long after Arthur. His brother was killed by a Centaur. It was ironic that both of Arthur's Brothers died by the same Cause.
