Personality: Arabella comes off as a cold hearted girl, which is half true. She is often not very friendly and can be very childish at times. This in mind, she's also very ambitious and will try to manipulate people into doing what she wants. Despite this, she is also very insecure about herself. Arabella likes being the center of attention because she's going for the approval from others. She's constantly trying to improve herself, so she won't end up alone in the world.

History:
Arabella was born on October 23, 2025 in Franche-Comté, France. Her mother and father were the proudest they could ever be looking upon their baby. She was a troublesome thing, though. She kept crying and crying, night and day. It was Volos who was there for her when she needed attention. Her daddy gave her anything she desired and more. When Arabella was six, her father had died at the hands of the Aurors, due to his resist of arrest. At the funeral, Arabella couldn't help but ask questions as to why. Her mother held back no information. Her father was part of the Scitorari, a group of witches and wizards rebelling against the Ministry in order to unlock the full potential of magic. Arabella did not understand. Wasn't that a good thing? Her mother said it was, but the Ministry wouldn't allow certain magic to be used and restricts the abilities of witches and wizards alike. That's the day when Arabella decided that she wanted to be a Scitorari. Although, it wasn't long after the funeral that Aurors started to keep an eye on her and her mother. As far as they know, Melinda and Arabella were not participants in the studies Volos practiced. Her mother ignored them, but Arabella was constantly afraid. Soon enough, the Aurors left them alone. The next few years Arabella was alone most of the time. Her mother was working hard to keep food on the table and was saving up for Arabella's wand.

Arabella and her mother had to move to New Zealand for a while because the job. So when it came to Arabella's tenth birthday, she received an acceptance letter from Hogwarts New Zealand. She pleaded with her mother to let her go, even though they would only staying in New Zealand for a year. She allowed it, since Volos went to Hogwarts and the experience would be good for Arabella.

She would only be staying for her first year, but what a year it was. Arabella was sorted into Slytherin House, filling her with glee since it was her father's house. She didn't make many friends and the year flew by fast. It was not the experience she wanted. The classes were dreadful and students gave her odd looks when she held Merlin around the corridors and in the dorm room. She was glad to transfer to Beauxbatons, but it wasn't much better there either. At least she was around her native language again...

Arabella and Merlin met on her 6th birthday. Her mother thought it was time to get her a pet, so they drove to the pet store. Her mother gave Arabella the freedom to choose whatever pet she desired. Dogs... too lovey. Cats... close but they can be quite annoying. Bird... too stupid. Fish... even more stupid. Then she finally got to the snakes. She knew she wanted a snake. It was perfect. Which one should she get, though? Each one was ignoring her completely. She made faces at all of the snakes coiled away ignoring her. Arabella got to the last snake. A White scaled python with a blackish brown pattern. He was the only snake looking at her. Plopped in a lazy coil, sticking his tongue out at her. She mimicked him. He started moving towards her until Boop, his nose hit the glass and she giggled.
