Professor Matt Ward Matt is April's father and she adores him. She lives with him and likes to spend a lot of time with him. She's very happy he's a professor at her school now and that she gets to see him even when she's at Hogwarts.

Adelia Kolter Adelia is April's mother, and while April loves her a lot, the two of them don't get to spend as much time together as she would like.

Kyle Alcott Kyle is Matt's partner. They aren't married but April already considers him family. She really likes him and has grown close to him over the past two years.

October Alcott October is Kyle's daughter and April refers to her as her 'maybe-sort of-sister', the two share a passion for ballet but have very different personalities. April likes her, but also wants to compete with her. Latley the two have had more conflict, as October lets her impatience with April more obvious.

Kauri Tipene Kauri is April's best friend, and it makes her sad that they are in different houses. The two spend a lot of time together, as heir personalities are really similar. During their third year, they had a falling out about Kauri's date for the yule ball.

Therese Rosenberg Therese is a good friend of April's and they often sit together in class. April really likes Therese, often spending time with her when they're in the common room or in the dormitory. April likes her kind and gentle personality.	Norton Gillespie Norton and April met in the stands while watching a quidditch game, both of them cheering for Hufflepuff. The two are very similar and they get along great.

Jessica Matthews Jessica and April met at the Halloween Feast in their first year. They quickly started talking about costumes and April had a lof of fun chatting with her. She likes having a friend in Slytherin, and would like to get to know Jessica better.	Syrus Stilinsk April met Syrus at the lakeside in her second year. The boy was in a bad mood and she attempted to cheer him up. After a rocky start, the two became friends. They often tease each other, but get along for the most part.	Geovanna Volt Geo is one of April's dormmates, the two get along. She appreciates the other girl and admires her hair and confidence. The two grew closer during their second year, and they shared a moment talking about relationships.
