Willow and her sister River were outside, playing with their younger cousins and siblings, and Willow's own child, Daisy. Well, River was playing with them, but Willow was sitting in a deckchair on the porch. She was surprised it took her weight, her being nine months pregnant and the baby being due at any second. She felt a sudden pain in her stomach, and immediately called "River!" She recognised the signs from when Daisy had been born. River looked up immediately, and could tell from the look on Willow's face exactly what was happening. She ran over, taking the steps two at a time, and grabbed Willow's arm. Suddenly, Willow found herself in the middle of St. Mungo's. River had apparated them there. While Willow was getting her bearings, River had walked up to a healer. "Excuse me, my sister's having her baby. Could someone please help?"

Mae was on her rounds when she came up at the reception area. A lady was emerging to her and said that her sister is going to deliver a baby, "Okay, clam down, miss." Mae told the woman and put down her clip board at the reception table, nodding at the Healer assistant meaning they have to ready the delivery room. Mae then took a wheel chair at the side of the hallway and went back at the pregnant woman, "Take a sit miss and I will take you to the delivery room." She said smiling warmly for not the woman to panic and seeing her afraid face, Mae had to do to calm down her. She then took a syringe out of her lab coat pocket and a bottle of calming potion on it, she put it on the syringe, "This won't hurt a bit." She said at the woman who is pregnant and stab it gently at the woman's arm and pushed the syringe down at the skin of the patient. "See ..." Mae trailed off and took off the syringe from her arms, she then trashed it at the trash can, "Let's go now." Mae pushed the wheel chair now hurrying at the delivery room.

Willow hated apparating. While she was still getting her bearings, she felt a needle in her arm, and yelped. "Ow!" Sitting gratefully in the wheelchair, she allowed herself to be pushed through the hospital. Soon she felt the effects of the potion, and calmed down. You've already had one, and Daisy turned out perfect. She thought drowsily. The next contraction caused her to suck in air sharply. She was placed on a bed, and she bit her lip until it bled, as she began having her second child. She wished River would leave. It was so embarrassing to be doing this in front of her.

Once everything is set and the patient is already in the bed, Mae started to wear a plastic gloves on her hands, putting a hair cap and a surgical mask on. Then she noticed the other woman was there, its fine with her if she's there to support her sister or cousin, she doesn't know what are their relationship to each other, so, she didn't bother. "Miss, if your going to stay. Please, put a hair cap, surgical mask and a robe." Mae ordered at the woman. She then turned at the patient and lift her two legs up slightly, "Okay, now is the right time." Mae told the patient calmly and readied herself. "When I say push, give your best shot ... Okay, PUSH!" She told the patient who was in great pain at this very moment.

SOME HOURS LATER

Willow collapsed, exhausted and in pain onto the pillows. She never wanted to have a baby again. Ever. She was so tired and sore that she couldn't spare the effort it took to raise her head slightly to look at the baby, so she just waited impatiently for it to be handed to her. Breathing in deeply, she tried to relax, but it was hard to ignore the pain. She turned her head slightly to look at the healer. "Is it a girl or a boy?" She asked, wanting to know. She had tried to think of names for a baby boy, but none had appeaaled to her, so if it was a he, he would have no name for a while. She grinned at the thought, regaining some of her energy.

The delivery of the baby went well, the patient's vital signs are great and the heart pumps perfectly. A cry of a baby was heard when the last push came, Mae smiled and cut the umbilical cord of the baby. An assistant nurse gave her a quilt and she wrapped the baby there, "Congratulations ... Its a baby girl." Mae announced to the mother of the baby and went beside her to gave the baby. She wish that she had one, the baby was so cute and she could say that the baby's features came to her father.
