Another late letter home.

Dear Dad,

Back at school, everything is great. Sorry I haven't written in a while, didn't want you to panic.
School's been a drag this term - lessons have been rather dull and Annamarie hasn't been around for a while so there's nobody for me to hang out with in lessons. Then, once in the common room, I guess Harri's my lifeline - she's such a fab friend - and sometimes I exchange a convo with Steph, but overall, there's nobody constantly, like Lauren was. Urgh - if she was a witch life would be a heck of a lot easier.
So as you can tell, I'm rather frustrated up here, would appreciate some post from my wonderful family - hehe - and I'd love an update of life in England.

I'm even missing Shelby + Nikki - how incredible is that? I'll probs write to mum some time soon.

Hollie made her way to the owlery in the evening. It was nearly 7 o'clock on and she hadn't had dinner yet, so she was rather hungry. But she desperately needed to send this letter home, because if not, then she wouldn't have a place to stay during the Christmas holidays.

Once there, Hollie scanned the owls for her white one, and called her over. Stroking her slightly, she tied the piece of parchment to Snowie's leg after labelling it 'Dad' in her neat handwriting. Then she watched as the owl took off, into the evening sky. It was already black.

Hollie then headed back to the Great Hall, where she would tuck into some great dinner.
