it was 1st september and Rhiannon was on an ealry shift. usually she liked early shifts it meant she got up at a semi reasonable time and most often finished in time to have dinner wih her children and if they were both lucky with their scheduling tybalt. But today she wished she had any other shift. She had tried to switch, but unfortunately, no one wanted it. Most of her colleagues also wanted to be at the train station, apparently.
It wasnt like rhiannon was not used to dropping her kids off at school. she had been coordinating that run for the last eleven years. But there was something extra special about a child's first day at Hogwarts. And she wished that she could be there to see Fiona off. She had given her a hug this morning, but how she wanted to give her one more. to tell her that she loves her no matter which house she got sorted into. though part of her hoped she would follow her into hufflepuff.
she had just finished seeing a patient and looked at the clock 10:00 one hour before the train leaves. Maybe if she was quick, she could see her next patient and get to the station and see her girl off. She shook her head dismissing the thought before she picked up the next set of notes and started towards the corridor to her next patient.
