🌹 Rose Giving A thankful rose

The hardest part of delivering roses was definitely finding people. Ruto had heard this name before but had no idea where she was going to find him. She knew he wasn't in Ravenclaw, but couldn't pick which other house it was. It was all starting to give her a bit of a headache. She wandered the corridors until she found someone wearing a Hufflepuff tie. "Hello!" she exclaimed, a little breathless from all of the walking she was doing. "Is Jonah Edogawa in your house? Would you know where to find him?"

Jonah wasn't really rushing through his own deliveries, but he also wasn't expecting to receive roses. This was why he was very surprised when he was stopped by a random older student looking for Jonah Edogawa. "Uh? Jonah? You're sure it says Jonah?" Because he didn't know why he didn't think he'd be receiving any, and now he was a little skeptical that it really was for him. "I'm... I'm Jonah," he told the older girl after a few more beats.​

Ruto had to take a second look at the name on her list as the boy questioned her. "Yes, definitely Jonah. J-o-n-a-h." she said, spelling it out in case she was mispronouncing it. One could never be so sure. As he confirmed that he was Jonah, Roo smiled, reaching into her basket for the pink rose. "This one is yours." There was a note attached to the rose and Roo hoped that it was a nice one for him.
