Tonks, Kingsley, Dumbledore and Mad Eye marched towards the cavern in which the death eaters had invited them to make an 'agreement' and settle a few things. Once they reached the cavern, they noticed it was lit by candles. The walked towards the large oak table at which the death eaters stood, along with Voldemort. "Now, now my friends, lets not get feisty" Voldemort stated, holding back Bellatrix Lestrange and Carrow sisters. "So, you came with no wands?" Voldemort added "as we agreed" Dumbledore replied. "Admirable, but rather foolish" Voldemort quickly stated, the death eaters quickly pulling out their wands, Tonks and the others followed behind.
"Just hand us the girl and we'll go" Mad Eye cried, the whimpering Ravenclaw student in the corner was crying her eyes out "Ha, you think we'll just hand her over like that?" Bellatrix hissed at them. "Better think again hop-a-long" she smirked, staring at his leg, and pointing her wand directly at him "reducto" she bellowed, the spell knocking Mad Eye's metal leg right of it's hinges, knocking him to the floor. Bellatrix quickly picked up his wand and snapped it in half, as it sizzled into a fine dust. "Don't you think about moving, freak" she fake smiled at Tonks "levicorpus!" Tonks quickly cast, hitting Bellatrix and blasting her through a window, knocking her straight out. The other death eaters sat up, Lucius Malfoy and Barty Crouch Jr. stepped forwards, Voldemort smirking and apparating into thin air.
"Avada Kedavra!" Lucius bellowed at Dumbledore, just dodging her stood back up, raising his wand and muttering an incantation, Lucius began to burn in a blue fire, the howls and screams echoed through the night sky. "He's not dead.. he's just gone for a little visit to the Antarctic, shall we say" Dumbledore chuckled, Tonks had her back turned, when suddenly Barty shouted "sectumsempra!" she spell lashing Tonks right on the back "AHHH!" she screamed, holding her back "Kingsley take her and moody quick, quick!" Dumbledore stated. "What you gonna' do old man?" Barty smirked, his spasmodic tongue puncturing the air. "Nothing" he smiled cheerfully, giving a small wave to Barty as Fawkes blasted into the building, blasting it into oblivion, Dumbledore safe, unknown what happened to Barty.
