A new leaf

[Aroha Jennings]

Aroha had debated whether or not to come to the village today, but as she'd never been before she decided to take a look. She looked around to see if there was anyone she knew, but saw noone. Sighing gratefully she stepped gracefully over to a nearby seat and sat down. Thank goodness, I couldn't take much more of that, she thought, a small smile of relief on her face. The day was just starting; a perfect time to be out shopping. Although Aroha didn't know how much of that she'd actually manage to do today. A small piece of hair flopped onto her face, and Aroha brushed it away impatiently. She didn't want to be bothering anymore, but gave it her best shot anyway. She sat quietly brooding, wondering if anyone she knew would turn up.

Bradley saw Aroha looking lonely.

He wasnt one for being friendly to strangers, so laughed while she sat there alone, and gave her a scary look.

Then went and sat down next to her, hoping for a response.
