With 15 guest rooms, Iowa House is larger than most Bed and Breakfast Inns and smaller than most hotels in Ames, Iowa. We can host up to 35 overnight guests yet keep the charm and personal touches that make us unique. Our furnishings are an eclectic mixture of past, present and future. Collectibles and period pieces team with functional task chairs, recliners, flat screen HDTV\'s, complimentary high-speed internet and guest computer. Our decor features hand-stitched quilts by\r\n Iowa State Fair blue-ribbon quilter Helen Paine, making us a favorite for lodging in Ames, Iowa.<br /><br />
