Dominic made his way to the quidditch pitch for the tryouts. He was looking forward to seeing some new faces join the team, especially with their captain having graduated, and hoped they would be good team players. As he gathered around with his team and the new faces, he beamed as he noticed...

As Dominic came close enough to the hoops, he tried aiming for the left one, but his aim was completely off. He sighed and waited for the quaffle to be thrown back out.

Dominic wasn't sure why he didn't catch the quaffle. As the first year failed to score, Dominic swooped in to grab the quaffle and started to do another lap of the pitch. I promise he will actually attempt to score this time.

Dominic didn't seem to be doing very well this practice, and at least the other chasers were having chances to score. He followed the youngest chaser as he took the quaffle.

Dominic thought it should be his time to swoop in, so as Oz missed a shot, Dominic dived forward for the quaffle and started to do a lap of the pitch.

Dominic beamed as the new first year chaser already managed to get some points. He was glad that there was some new talent in the team. He watched eaglery as Artemis took the quaffle.
