After a strenous three-day Quidditch practice, Danielle welcomed the long break that she got from her coach. Five days without getting on the broom and blocking quaffles was a luxury for the Corelli woman. She was making her way to her door when she spotted something on the front porch. Placing her bag on the ground, Danielle smiled, although confused, at the sight of a box of pizza with a long stemmed pink rose on its top. She looked around to see if there was anybody who could have just come from where her house was. With no luck, she turned her gaze back to the present in her hands before opening her door and deposited her bag near her couch in the living room. Picking up the rose to smell it, green eyes caught sight of the note attached. Setting the box on her table, she plucked the note and unfolded only to find a brief note - "Pizza for your sore body, rose for your warm heart. Miss you." Danielle smiled at the words written neatly. Checking the back for the sender's name, her curiosity peaked when there was none. Surely, there should be a name. Or it could be one of her brothers.

Grabbing her smartphone, she pressed the call button on the group name "BIG BROS". After a series of hellos, the Corelli men asked her what the call was about. "Say, any of you sent me a pizza and a rose?" You forgot to sign your name.", she added jokingly. There was silence before four baritone voices answered her negatively in unison. She barely managed to make a reaction when the next questions were all brother - like. Who is he? Are you dating already? We want to meet him? Eyes wide, Danielle was shaking her head before she realized they could not see her. "Jeez,I don't even have a boyfriend! Know what,I'm gonna hang up.Love you!", she said, ignoring their protests. After the call, she looked down to the pizza and decided to show the sweet gesture shown. She summoned a tall vase, placed the rose and settled on her sofa after putting on some music. Her smile widened when the pizza was even her favorite. She dug in to its delicious taste, all the while wondering who could have sent them.

Damien smiled from his hiding place down the street. It had been a few months since his break-up with Teagan. While he had hated it at first, and it had certainly hurt him, he couldn't help but find he was a bit relieved. Teagan was a smart, beautiful woman. But it had never felt... real, to him. Considering how it ended, he knew it was because she had never really been in love with him. He smiled as Danielle went inside. He had five days to do this. And by the end of that fifth night, he'd know what his future held.

Once she was inside, he emerged from his hiding place and sauntered up the street. He had this all planned out. He reached into his bag, pulling out the neatly wrapped box. He had picked up the new book she'd been waiting for. The note on the package was simple- You've been working too hard. Relax and enjoy your night.

He set it on her porch, knowing she'd be back outside shortly. She'd dropped her keys and she'd notice before too long. He placed them on top of the present so she didn't miss it. With a sly grin, he sauntered back the way he'd come. Tonight was dinner and a book. Tomorrow was a bouquet of her favorite flowers and a ticket to the local play. She'd mentioned wanting to go. The third day was a lovely throw blanket for her couch. The days were getting colder and he knew she needed a new one. The fourth day was possibly his favorite- he'd had Tyra make a dress for him, and the shoes to go with it. They were set in a lovely white box with a green bow in the same shade as her eyes. With the final present was the only other note- Be ready tomorrow night at six sharp. I have one more surprise for you.

Halfway through her second slice, Danielle had just summoned some orange juice to go with her dinner when she remembered her keys. In a hurry to bring to the present and her bag, she dropped them outside. The woman scrambled out of her couch and dashed for the door. Opening the door, she bent down to retrieve her keys when she was stopped short by what seemed to accompany them. Danielle may have dropped them but she was certain that it was not there before she entered her house. Picking them both up, she quickly looked around, hoping she could find another presence nearby. Still no luck, she went back inside. As soon as she peeled off the beautiful cover, she gasped in surprise and excitement. Her keys were sitting on top of the book she have been waiting for. What's more surprising was the note with the same handwriting - "You've been working too hard. Relax and enjoy your night. " A smile graced the woman's face as she gently stroked the book cover before tucking into it along with her pizza. Surely, this was way better than what she originally planned for her evening.

The next morning, just after having her brunch, a delivery arrived with a fresh bouquet of tulips and a ticket to a local play that night. Danielle's plans of lazying around in the house were thrown out of the window. Of course, the delivery also came with a note telling her to feel pretty and enjoy her night. In the same handwriting. Clearly, whoever this was knew her and cared for her to be putting a lot of thought to this.

The next day, when she woke up late, a present was sitting in her living room. A colorful quilt blanket which was perfect for her couch and for the cold weather. She loved the soft material that she was lugging it around the house as she made her coffee and meal later on. The thought of having the present in her living room may sound creepy but she was a witch after all and had wizard friends and family. It could be from any of them.

The day came when Danielle would finally know who was behind all these surprises. She just came home from her afternoon jog when another gift was sitting in her living room. It came in a white box with a green bow. Green like her eyes, she thought. She raised her eyebrow at the note, not surprised with the penmanship - "Be ready tomorrow night at six sharp. I have one more surprise for you." Carefully, she opened the box and gasped at what she found inside. She could not wait for tomorrow night.

The night came. Standing in front of her mirror, Danielle could not help but admire herself. The way the dress fit her perfectly as if it was made with her in mind. All she had to do was wait for the person responsible for all of these. She went to her kitchen to get a glass of juice, ears trained to hear even the slightest knock on her door.

It wasn't often James was asked to be part of something important. It wasn't often that his niece asked him for anything. But when she wrote to him asking him for a favor, he knew he would do it. Even if he felt a bit odd helping his niece's best friends brother-in-law get a date. Re-adjusting his leather jacket on his shoulders, he hopped up the steps to Danielle Corelli's front door. He switched the red rose from his left hand to his right and knocked. He hid the rose behind his back as he waited. He smiled as the door opened. He held up his hand to stop her from speaking.

“My name is James, and I'm not who you think I am,” he began, “Though I am devilishly handsome and very charming, I'm afraid I am not your date tonight my dear. I've been sent to fetch you.” He pulled out the rose from behind his back. He placed his other hand over his chest and bowed slightly. “Might I escort you?” He asked her.

There was a note attached to the stem of the rose. James had been enough of a gentleman not to read it.

Trust me. ~D

Danielle was just about to take a seat at the kitchen couunter when she heard the knock on the door. Smoothing the skirt of her dress, she quickly went to the door and opened it with a smile on her face. Who stood on the other side almost made her confused but she still had the smile on her face. He was good looking, however, the woman could not help but compare him with a certain man who had spent the night in her house.
Danielle was about to inquire about his presence but was stopped before she could open her mouth. She giggled at his pitch, though. Her smile even widened when the man, who introduced himself as James, brought about a red rose from his back. Again, the rose came with a note. One that Danielle already knew from its paper that she would find the same penmanship that she had grown to love. It only contained two words and an initial.
"Trust me. -D"
Danielle remained puzzled. D. She knew many people whose name started with D. Heck, even her name was too. She was even more convinced that any of his brothers could have done these. Looking back at James, she nodded with a smile. "Hello, James. It's nice to meet you. I'm Danielle, Dani's fine.", she grabbed her purse and keys before locking her door. Turning to the man, she asked jokingly,"Shall we?"

Tyra was more than happy with how she had spent her day. The dining hall was impeccably clean, as it ever was. They had spent all afternoon making sure it was perfect. She smiled as she examined her work. It was definitely romantic enough. She looked up as the guest of honor arrived. She had been skeptical when Jayce had explained apparition to her, but seeing as how James and Dani had just appeared in the middle of the room she would have to say he was right.

“Darling!” She declared dramatically, walking over and hugging Danielle. “Let me look at you!” She held the girl out at arm-length, examining her with sparkling eyes. “That dress suits you perfectly! My good taste is rubbing off on him. I'm glad to see it fits, silly man had me eyeballing a picture for measurements.” She grinned.

“Oh, where are my manners?” She tsked, turning to the man. “Thank you for your assistance, James.” She winked. “It’s a pleasure to meet you both. Now, come along.” She took Danielle by the arm and led her away. She would need to grab coffee with James once she had played her part. “I must say,” She started as they walked through the hall. “Without ruining any surprise, of course,” She winked playfully, “That this is the most I’ve ever seen your date go out of his way for someone. You must rather be something special.”

She paused in front of the doors that led outside. “Alright, darling. Are you ready?” She asked with a smile before pushing open the door with a dramatic flair. As the door opened, music began to play. Tyra gestured for Danielle to walk through before shutting the door behind her. She smiled and turned, making her way back through the hall to her other visitor. She had other things to do now.

Danielle prepared herself to apparate and was amazed when they landed on what seemed to be a romantic place. Lights were dimmed giving it a soft glow. There was nobody there aside from her and James. She was still getting her bearings and admiring the view when she heard a woman sounding so excited just to see her. She remembered her from Makutu Mall or was it Brightstone shops? Now, she was entirely unsure. The woman was looking at her, particularly the dress she was wearing and that was when Danielle realized that this woman in front of her was the one made the dress she was wearing. "You made this?!It's really beautiful!", she gushed in appreciation. Her green eyes went wide at the mention of a picture."My picture? Which picture? Who gave you?", she asked, looking bewildered.
True enough, she was led by arm toward a set of doors that looked to lead outside the dining hall. She was nervous, at the same time overwhelmed, hearing the woman say that her date went out of his way just for her. They reached the doors and in a blink of an eye, the woman pushed the doors opened, rather dramatically. If Danielle was amazed by the dining hall, the scene that met her took her breath away. A place that seemed to be plucked from the fairy tale was in front of her. She loved everything about the place. The lights and the flowers complemented each other. Taking slow, gentle steps, she moved forward all the while looking around for another presence aside from her.

Ember had no idea why she’d agreed to this nonsense. Maybe she was really too bored with her life if this seemed exciting. She rolled her eyes, ignoring the little thought that said she’d do anything for her friends. Or her family, for that matter. This was so about the twins and not about the moron who was aiming to get a girl. She couldn’t tell if she was jealous of the effort going into it or if she felt sorry for the girl for being stuck with his dramatic self. Not that she didn’t like him. He was just so… over the top.

Ember jumped when the door she’d been watching kicked open. She pressed play on the stereo at her feet. She’d had to call in a few favors to get the accompaniment right, and it had taken all day to get the audio to echo right so it sounded good. That had been interesting since he had been decorating with his brother while she worked. She leaned back against the tree and began to strum at the guitar. She didn’t think she needed to tell the girl to follow the path, so she just began to play instead. Why on earth he’d picked this song for a date was beyond her, but whatever. She began to sing, her voice carrying out beautifully over the gardens as the other girl made her way along the path.

Waking up, I see that everything is okay
The first time in my life, and now it's so great
Slowing down, I look around, and I am so amazed
I think about the little things that make life great
I wouldn't change a thing about it
This is the best feeling
This innocence is brilliant
I hope that it will stay
This moment is perfect
Please don't go away
I need you now
And I'll hold on to it
Don't you let it pass you by
I found a place so safe, not a single tear
The first time in my life, and now it's so clear
Feel calm, I belong I'm so happy here
It's so strong, and now I let myself be sincere
I wouldn't change a thing about it
This is the best feeling

This innocence is brilliant
I hope that it will stay
This moment is perfect
Please don't go away 'cause
I need you now
And I'll hold on to it
Don't you let it pass you by
It's a state of bliss; you think you're dreaming
It's the happiness inside that you're feeling
It's so beautiful, it makes you wanna cry
It's a state of bliss; you think you're dreaming
It's the happiness inside that you're feeling
It's so beautiful, it makes you wanna cry
It's so beautiful, it makes you wanna cry
This innocence is brilliance
It makes you wanna cry
This innocence is brilliance
Please don't go away
'Cause I need you now
And I'll hold on to it
Don't you let it pass you by
This innocence is brilliant
I hope that it will stay
This moment is perfect
Please don't go away
I need you now
And I'll hold on to it
Don't you let it pass you by

The girl was reaching the end of the path by the time Ember had finished singing. She rolled her eyes. That seemed anticlimactic. Of course, that could be because she wasn’t meant to stick around for the good stuff. She shrugged, reaching down and playing the next track. It was a really long romantic instrumental track or something. She hadn’t listened to it and she had no intention to. She headed inside. Hopefully, the idiot didn’t plan to keep that girl out here for hours in that dress.

Danielle was slowly inching toward the front, following the path when she heard a sweet melody accompanied by a beautiful voice. Whirling around, she caught sight of a younger girl, a student perhaps, singing. The keeper was already overwhelmed by the place and if it was even possible to be much more flattered that what she was feeling, that was what she was experiencing now. Foot after foot, she kept her heartbeat steady as she listened to the words of the song. The words I need you now struck a memory in her. Danielle did not know why but it reminded her of how Damien cried on her shoulder and how she held him in his moment of sadness.
She had reached the end of the pathway when the girl finished singing. Danielle thought there would be silence but a piano version of the song she loved to play when she was alone filled the air. Not just any song but a love song. It could even be a wedding song. She looked back to where the girl was, only to see the girl's back as she headed inside. Danielle was alone now as she stood waiting - for what, she had no clue. She feasted her eyes on the setting once again. It never failed to take her breath away. Tonight was a perfect way to end her unforgettable five - day break from Quidditch. She could not help but feel just like a normal girl. Someone who got giddy at the little surprises. At that moment. she was not Danielle Corelli, Holyhead Harpies Keeper. She was just Danielle. She could not believe that this day would still be possible. That someone could make her this special.

OOC: OH COME ON ughhhhhh ingore this sorry XD

Damien stood a bit to the side, smiling as Dani came into view. She hadn't noticed him yet but that was fine. She looked stunning in that dress. The look on her face made all the effort he'd put into tonight absolutely worth it. He came up silently behind her. He leaned forward, covering her eyes with one of his hands. "Have you figured me out yet, darling?" He murmured into her ear. He could feel his heart beating rapidly inside of his chest. "Before you say anything, we need to talk." He murmured again before taking his hands from her eyes and turning her to face him. Depending on how this part went, he might have one more surprise for her.

He gave her a shy smile before he began, locking his sea blue eyes on hers. "Dani," He began, nervousness creeping through him. He kept it well-hidden. "I know I come across as confident and unshakable. I've even dated a few times. But every time in my life that I've been with someone, it never started honestly. My first boyfriend and I only dated because everyone thought we should be. The second girl only wanted to convince her parent's she wasn't gay- imagine my surprise when she was." He chuckled a bit. "And then Teagan. That was a bit of a mess, wasn't it?"

Damien reached out and ran his fingers lightly along Dani's jaw. This was the hard part. "Dani... I've never felt this way before. You are the most beautiful, kind, sweet person I have ever had the pleasure of knowing. You make me smile even in my darkest hour, make me feel safe and warm and wanted." He reached into his pocket and pulled out the simple necklace. He looked down at it, a light blush covering his cheeks.

"Dani, do you think you could accept this trinket... and my heart along with it?" He glanced back up at her from under his lashes.

The music was still playing. The longer Danielle listened to the melody, she realized that it was actually a collection of romantic songs played in the piano. She was still standing at front, looking toward the sky, not aware of the presence just close by. Someone who had been admiring her the moment she set foot outside. So, it was a surprise when a hand covered her eyes. She tensed, body stiffened when the voice she heard plus the endearment used put her at ease right away. Shivers also went up her spine at his closeness, his breath tickling her ear as he whispered. Vision blocked, she could not help but wonder how he looked tonight although his face was already committed to her memory. "Damien", she breathlessly said. His name was all she could utter when the man spoke again before turning her to face him. He looked more handsome tonight. He carried himself well although the smile he was sporting had nervousness and shyness in it.
Blue eyes locking into green ones, Damien started talking, more like explaining who he was and who he dated until Teagan. The part where he mentioned a first boyfriend and a girlfriend as gay came a surprise to the woman but, oddly, she found it amusing, making her chuckle along with him. Teagan was the one who seemed to break him most, for a fraction of a second, she was brought back to that night. She was only brought to the reality when she felt his fingers trailing her jaw. He was telling her things she had never heard from someone other than family. A blush crept to her cheeks the more he showered her with sweetness. Danielle was speechless and could only continue gazing to his eyes.
Damien reached into his pocket and a simple yet beautiful necklace with a stone so green like her eyes came into view. She was gazing at it with admiration when the next words from Damien's mouth stunned her. She met his eyes, the man was already sporting a blush like her by then. Danielle smiled, not knowing what to say except, "Necklace or no necklace...", she whispered, clearing her throat from the nervousness as she stepped closer to him. "Your heart... I already have..accept it,that is.", she knew she was making no sense, all of this was new to her. She lowered her lashes to cover her embarrassment.

Damien couldn't help but smile at the jumbled sentiment from the girl. He laughed warmly, stepping closer and kissing her cheek. "Still, it'd be a little silly for me to keep it." He murmured in her ear as he placed the trinket in her hand and closing her fingers around it. "Come on," he smiled at her as he stepped away again. He took her free hand and led her away from the main path just a bit.

"Tonight's not over yet." He winked at her. He motioned to the table hiding away just off the path. "If there's one thing my brother and I have in common," he told Dani as he led her to one of the chairs, "It's that our mother insisted we learn a few proper skills." He smiled, stepping to a shorter table next to it and taking the silver dome off with a flourish, revealing a steaming dish of Dani's favorite food. "I trust you haven't had dinner yet?" He asked her, setting her plate in front of her.

Danielle just stared at Damien as he moved closer to her and placed a chaste kiss on her cheek. She blushed further, warm feeling spread all over her body. She laughed at his comment about the necklace and let him place the jewelry on her hand. Guided through a side path, she kept her fingers enclosed around the necklace, its cool metal against her warm palm.
Just as Damien mentioned about the night not being over yet, her eyes laid on the table set for two. He led her to one of the chairs, and being the gentleman as he always was, he got her seated comfortably before heading for a side table and took a covered dish before placing it in front of her. Danielle grinned like a child as she directed her wide smile and eyes from the dish to Damien. "My favorite!", she exclaimed, not caring if she was blushing too much already. On impulse, she pushed back her chair as she jumped into Damien, wrapping her arms around his neck. Soon enough, she realized the closeness of their proximity once again making her unable to move.

Damien had barely set his plate down when Dani jumped into him. He nearly stumbled, wrapping an arm around her waist and gripping the table with his free hand to keep them from toppling over. He chuckled. "I take it you're having a good time?" He asked warmly. He smiled as the look on her face changed. He had wondered when she would notice how close they were.

The air between them seemed to shift slightly. His heart beat louder in his ears. Damien moved slowly, giving Dani the chance to move away. His eyes closed as he lowered his lips to hers. His kiss was gentle and sweet. He lingered a moment, giving the woman a chance to react.

Danielle just nodded happily at Damien's question. She could already imagine her face blushing and happiness radiating. The look on Damien's face fueled her emotions too. Seeing him satisfied on making her happy made her heart swell.
The change in the air between them was both terrifying - in a good way - and exciting. Time seemed to stand still. The only sound she could hear was the faint piano from the music and the beating of her heart, going faster as inch by inch Damien's face leaned closer to her. Ever the gentleman, giving her a chance to refuse. Something that the woman would never do. She gave him a brief, sweet smile before bridging the remaining gap between them.

Damien's breath hitched in his throat as his lips met hers. He brought a hand up to cup her face. The world seemed to stop around them. He pulled her closer, losing himself as he kissed her thoroughly. After several long moments he broke away, leaning his forhead against hers as he struggled to catch his breath. "You're going to kill me yet," he murmured fondly.

Damien cleared his throat before stepping away. He missed having her in his arms but their dinner would get cold if they kept this up. "Come now, darling. You have practice again tomorrow. You need your strength." He guided her back to her seat before taking his own.

"So, I graduate soon. We're halfway through my final year. Will you be at the graduation?" He asked her as he took a bite of his food.

To say that a first kiss was unforgettable. Danielle could almost feel her blood rushing to her head because of the sensation of the kiss. Damien pulled her closer, making her arms wind further around his neck and letting her hands run through his hair. Moments after, they slowly broke apart and just let their foreheads touch. Danielle was breathless, her cheeks blushing so much. At Damien's words, she chuckled softly in response.
Damien fully stepped back as he mentioned dinner. Nodding with a smile before she settled back on her chair again. Although she groaned a bit at the mention of Quidditch. "Can tonight not end? I'm not ready to go back yet.", she whined childishly but giggled at the end. Although Danielle seemed not to be aware of the implication of her questions to the man.
The couple were both enjoying their food when Damien spoke about graduation. Danielle looked up when he asked her to attend. She smiled at him, "You want me to be there?I'd love to go." , she replied with bright smile.

Damien chuckled at Dani's response. "I'm glad you're enjoying yourself. I went through my whole bag of tricks setting this up." He chuckled at the thought of it. "Getting this place was the easiest part. So was your dress. The blond? She's my brother's wife. Tyra absolutely adores me. The girl on the guitar, that was Ember Michaels. She was a bit harder. We go to school together. We're friends, mostly. She thinks I'm overdramatic and I think she's a bit cold-hearted. I was surprised she agreed to help." He stopped talking abruptly. "Ah, I almost forgot."

Damien stood and moved back to the other table. He pulled out a bottle of strawberry Bellini and moved to pour Dani a glass. "Your refreshments, my lady," He teased her lightly. Once her wine glass was full he set the bottle back and picked up a can of Pepsi before taking his seat again. He popped the tab and took a swig before smiling at her. "I'm not boring you with how I got everyone together, am I?" He hadn't even finished the story yet, but he didn't want to tell it if she wasn't interested.

Danielle laughed at Damien's reply. She was attentive when Damien told her about he got everything together for her. Knowing that the people who she just met were his family. Like kinda an extended family of his. It was just mesmerizing staring at him and listening to him talk. She looked even surprised when he stopped talking and went back to the other table to retrieve something. The sight of the bottle made the woman squealed in delight. It had been so long since she had a glass. "Why, thank you, kind sir.", she played along, chuckling softly. Taking a sip from her glass, she moaned in bliss. "Oh, I miss this. Thank you, Damien.", she smiled at the man. She had never felt this special.
Danielle shook her head at Damien's question. "Of course not.", she replied. Straightening on her chair, she cleared her throat. "Damien, I - ", she started shyly. "I - Thank you, Damien. For everything.", she gestured where they were. "Everything was so beautiful and special. I feel special. You made me special.", she finished softly as she looked at the man beneath her lashes.

Damien couldn't help but smile as Dani squealed. When she thanked him, he set his Pepsi can down. "It was my pleasure darling." He grinned. As Dani straightened in her seat, he set his fork down and listened to what she had to say. He was silent as she finished speaking. After a moment, he reached over and tilted her head up so he could look in her eyes.

"Danielle," he scolded her gently, "You are a very special woman. You deserve the world. The world just seems to forget that." He smiled softly, moving to stroke her face once with the back of his hand. "You let a man you'd quite literally just run into in your apartment while you showered. You let me stay the night when I'd come with no warning in the middle of a rainstorm. You are an amazing, talented woman." It was his turn to smile shyly. "Maybe you might lower your standards a bit to be the girlfriend of some silly fashion blogger?"

Danielle lifted her face to meet Damien's gaze. She smiled softly as she listened to the man shower her with compliments. Listening to him made her recall everything that transpired between them. From that morning run that extended to coffee, the rainstorm, the constant communication and time with each other, the company until the surprises that led them to this moment.
She was about to get teary- eyed when the question he asked brought laughter out of her. "A silly fashion blogger?", she mused. "You might have forgotten that you are dating a daughter of a famous fashion designer.", she jokingly said. "I would never consider you a silly fashion blogger.", she added with a serious look. She covered Damien's hand on her cheek with hers. Since the day she met him, the Harpies Keeper had started reading his blog and found them interesting, at the same time amusing. "Are you fine with dating a busy Quidditch player?", she asked amusingly.
The pair went on enjoying their dinner and company. Time seemed slow when Danielle was with Damien and she loved every second of it with him. Dinner was satisfying and the surprises would be unforgettable. The pair were now on their way out of the cafe. Danielle thanked the woman once again, who was conversing with James. She also shot a grateful smile at him as well before they let themselves out the door.

The night seemed to fly by. They had finished their dinner, which Damien didn't mind bragging over and saying was good. He wrapped his arm around Dani as they began to leave. He broke away to give his sister-in-law a hug and shook James' hand. "It's amazing what little Key can do with those big blue eyes of hers, isn't it?" He asked the pair playfully before returning to his date. "Would you like to apparate us back to your house, darling?" He asked her with a smile, blue eyes dancing.

Once they had arrived outside Dani's home Damien took her hand in his and walked her to her door. "Thank you for playing along tonight," He told her with a grin. "I really had a good time all around. Would it bother you if we did this again sometime?" He asked her as they reached her door.

The pair was at the door when Damien asked her whether she wanted to apparate them back to her house. Laughing softly, she hugged his arm before pulling out her wand and with a pop, they found themselves on the street just outside her door. They were walking to her door when the man took her hand gently while telling her he had a good time. The green-eyed heiress had fun as well. Squeezing the hand holding hers, she leaned on his arm,"I had fun too, Damien. Thank you so much.", she whispered softly.
They reached her door when Damien proposed doing this again. She faced him with a sweet smile before reaching up to place a chaste kiss on his lips, hands on his chest. "I don't mind it at all. I'd love to do this again with you.", she blushed. Danielle found it hard to believe that she would be in this situation with Damien again. His eyes gazing down at hers were giving her the shivers and she seemed lost in them. "Would you-", her voice barely a whisper but can be heard because of their closeness,"would you like to come in for some coffee?", she offered. Honestly, Danielle was not ready for the night to end.

Damien blushed as Dani thanked him, leaning on his arm. He hid the thudding of his heart well. He squeezed her hand in return. He held still as they reached her door. He lowered his head to return her kiss. He couldn't help the silly smile on his face when she pulled back. She remained close, asking him to come inside for some coffee. He chuckled. "That's a good idea," He murmured softly. He wasn't quite ready for the night to be over yet. He took a step back and gestured for her to open the door. "Why don't you go inside and get some coffee going," He suggested with a smile. "I'll run to that bistro a few blocks over and get us something to snack on?" He pulled out his wallet and peeked inside. He had enough on him.
