It's a rather silly question, but are you supposed to get some form of notification when you get a comment on your blog?
If you are, is there a way to turn them on and off because I don't get them?
Every time I want to check if I have a comment, I have to load up my blog and check it that way, which gets confusing when I can't remember what I've read and what I haven't.
Just curious.

Yes, you're supposed to get those notifications as per a modification on our board.
No, there is no way to turn them off.

I fail to see what your complaint is in the latter portion of your post.
