Y39 Beauxbatons Quidditch Practice S1

Amelie continued her search.
 
Aramis probably needed to pay less attention to the beaters and bludgers flying about and more on Gaby as she managed to get another shot past him. He laughed at himself a bit, shaking his head as he threw the quaffle back out.
 
Amelie continued her search, her eyes roaming the skies.
 
Hugo flew up a bit higher, still seeing no sign of the snitch anywhere.

Aramis rubbed his side thoughtfully, trying to soothe the lingering ache from the bludger. It couldn't be fun to be a seeker and have such a big target on your back like Hugo and Amelie.
 
Amelie continued her search, enjoying the nice day and idly wondering what Jamie was doing.
 
Aramis let himself drift slightly, ready to be more alert when the chasers head back his way.

It was interesting watching the chasers work together without Édelie and Aramis idly wondered what the team would like after he and Gaby graduated too.
 
Gemma swore as a bludger got passed her and hit Amelie. But she spotted another one and quickly hit it with out as much finesse as she would like. And instead of hitting her intended target she hit their captain instead. @Gabrielle Perrault

Aramis grimaced as Gaby took a bludger, knowing he could commiserate.
 
Gemma hardly got a moment to catch her breath before she noticed another bludger headed her way. She raced to meet it and swung. The bat made contact with the ball and it soared directly across the pitch and hit Hugo. She offered him a small smile before flying off to look for more bludgers. @Hugo De Rosier

Aramis let out a low whistle as Gemma knocked another bludger around, this time straight into Hugo. "Pace yourself, why don't you," he called to her before warily moving slightly behind the hoops just in case.
 
Ares didn't notice the bludger come soaring towards him. He groaned as it collided with his hip. He couldn't help but be jealous when Gaby managed to get another quaffle through. She was the captain however, but it was making Ares feel even worse about himself. He caught the quaffle as it was thrown back out and flew as fast as he could towards the other hoops.
 
Amelie was humming softly as she flew, when she spotted the snitch. She shot after it, smiling as she wrapped her fingers around the tiny ball. She held it up to the captain before letting it go.
 
As Ares flew closer to the hoops, he noticed one of the seekers catching the snitch. He gave her a big thumbs up before throwing the quaffle and watching as it sailed straight through the middle hoop.
 
The other beaters were murdering the complete team. So far Élise hadn't been hit, but she hadn't hit anything herself either.
 
Aramis was too busy watching Amelie shoot after the snitch that he wasn't nearly quick enough to stop Ares' goal. Sighing at himself, he grabbed the quaffle, throwing it back out.
 
Hugo yelped when he was hit by the bludger, then felt even more frustrated as Amelie caught the snitch. He scowled, then flew in the direction it flew off in. He spotted it before too long and grabbed it, even though his side was hurting. "We're even!" He called to her.
 
Amelie looked over, smiling as Hugo called out to her. "Let's keep it that way!" She called back, giggling softly.
 
Aramis grinned as he saw Hugo dive after the snitch as well, glad to see him keeping up with Amelie today.
 
Amelie smiled one last time at Hugo before returning to her search for the snitch.
 
Aramis did a few small loops around the hoops, keeping an eye on the chasers.
