The first round of duels had been fraught, but Monty knew from experience that the second round would be even more intense as the winners mounted the stage to face one another. After explaining the rules once more, he let the students begin, keeping a close eye on them.

All right, make sure that you use the spell list for guidance. No board rule breaking is acceptable. Have fun! I have a copy of the code that you should use with every post. Remember, when you are knocked out, unable to shoot anymore spells, you lost. And if you run out of points, you lose.


The duel begins now. If someone doesn't post after 24 hours, they are disqualified.

After winning his first duel, Rory felt a lot more confident about the second. He was fairly certain he'd flirted with the girl he was fighting, or had she been the one who'd punched him? Regardless, he got himself together, bowing in the way he was supposed to, and then cast the first spell, firing a quick stupefy at his opponent.
