After a very complicated Christmas Party with her coworkers, Ainslee manage to get all her presents for her family to get wrapped up in time for Christmas day. Christmas eve was more of Arnaud's family and despite of their marital problems, she handle it pretty well in front of his family. This year's Christmas party was only for immediate family members, her brother, Devin, was tired of family fighting on the important days that they're all together. Ainslee packed all their gifts in a magical tote bag that carried any amount and both husband and wife apparated outside of her mother and brother's house in North Ireland.

Ainslee looked at her husband and smiled at him warmly. He smiled back and took her hand to wrap his fingers on her own. They entered the old century castle and was greeted by their long time butler.
"The gifts are inside." She told him with delight. Ainslee took time to buy all her gifts for family and employees at the house, she can't forget about them. Arnaud helped her take her coat off and she proceed to walk toward the parlor on the left side of the foyer. A big fresh pine tree stood on the side of the room, she knows the decorator of the house and she was there sitting across the fireplace.

One rolling luggage near the door, Teagan looked around the apartment one more time for things she might needed to take while she's up in Northern Ireland. Her flatmate, Ben, was staying for the holidays. "The fridge is fully stocked as well as the pantry. Enjoy yourself alone." She reminded him. Her voice yelling from across the hallway. When she heard him acknowledge her, Teagan gripped the handle of the luggage. It seems she was debating now whether she really want to leave him or not. It's only for a couple of days, she thought and took a deep breath as she apparated in Northern Ireland.

Teagan landed just outside of her former childhood home and while she had been apparating since she was sixteen, she managed to fell on her behind. This is why I take the plane. Standing up and dusting her behind, Teagan rolled her luggage and came inside. She was greeted by their butler,
"Landed on our bottom again, Lady Teagan?" He asked her. Teagan smiled big and answered, "Always ... I always do." She handed him her luggage and followed him to the parlor on the right.

The blonde woman immediately saw her Aunt and Uncle standing beside her grandmother. Teagan ran up to her uncle Arnaud first and gave him a big hug. The two were living in London but they all barely see each other anymore. Her aunt Ainslee was always stunning, she and her uncle are the perfect match as always. Teagan gave Ainslee a hug and it was then her grandmother cleared her throat.
"Not really going to forget my favourite grandmother." She raised an eyebrow as a joke and went to hug her grandma tightly. She misses them dearly and if she could move back here again but that'll just complicate her relationship with Ben.

Jessica was feeling nervous, pacing inside the guest room that was provided by the family. She doesn't know how everyone would react once the surprise was out. Specially her only daughter. At seven o'clock, she heard voices down the foyer. Family members are arriving on time and that scared her more to go through with it. Jessica took deep breaths until she calmed down and forget what she came here for. It was time for her to go down and greet everybody. The Auror slowly climb down the stairs despite her heels clicking and when she was by the door, she acknowledge the people inside the room. "Hey, lovely people." Jessica tried to get the lump on her throat to go away. She didn't want the attention after tonight.

Devlin was dressing himself today. The Lord of the castle made sure that all their employees in the house was given a holiday off even their personal chef. But not everyone went home to their family, their butler stayed to accompany them and if ever there was trouble and they needed his service. Devlin agreed to it but compensated the extra holiday pay. The Maxwell maybe well off but they do think of others that works for them.

Double checking his sleeves and collar, he sighed in front of the mirror and fist bump his reflection. It was an awkward thing to do but it was a special day for them. It wasn't just because it was Christmas, he and Jessica had a surprise for everyone. The man made way out of his bedroom and down the foyer where the parlor leads him. He could see that everyone was there except Louise and her husband and child but his younger sister gave an apology that they won't make it as they were celebrating the holidays with the Kramer's. Devlin's brother-in-law's family.

He did told Louise what was the surprise via an owl, that way she wouldn't be excluded to the fun. By the door was the woman he adores. The mother of his daughter. He couldn't believe at first that he and Jessica would end up to this. Devlin walked behind her and placed a hand on her back. He could feel the tension in her and whispered,
"Relax, it'll be over soon." He was optimistic that everything would be the way they planned. "Hey, everyone. Happy Christmas!" Devlin greeted everyone loudly.
