Felix's next stop was at the Slytherin table. He waved to Theia when he spotted her in the crowd of students but she wasn't who he was looking for this time. This time he had to deliver a pink rose and he was endlessly curious to know more about who had sent it and who was bound to receive it. But like other times before he had no idea who Celia Vuong was but he was less tempted to start yelling for her and instead he whispered to some people at the table and eventually he was pointed in the right direction. "Hey are you Celia?" he asked tentatively as he approached the girl he thought the other person had pointed too. "You have a rose." he said redundantly as he handed her the pink rose. @Celia Vuong

Rose deliveries during Celia's first year had been a disaster. She'd only received one rose, and it had been from someone she disliked. She wasn't feeling much more optimistic this time around. Though she had made a couple friends since her first year, her friendships at Hogwarts paled in comparison to the ones back home. She had been unsure if any of her friends here would even bother sending a rose, so Celia had elected not to send any herself.

Still, that didn't mean she'd completely given up hope for at least one legitimate rose. She certainly didn't have any plans to spend the day hiding away in an empty classroom, as she had done during her first Valentine's Day here. Celia was presently sitting at the Slytherin Table, watching one rather dramatic rose delivery —a whole bouquet of red roses — when she heard her name. She glanced at the younger student, careful not to betray her anticipation. "I am, yes." Despite her efforts, she couldn't help the look of surprise when he handed her a pink rose. Who had sent it? Louis? Celia took the rose and slowly twirled it, admiring the blossom, before looking back at the boy. "Do you know who it's from?"

Felix felt his shoulders relax when she confirmed that she was in fact Celia. "That's great!" he announced. She looked pleased with the pink rose and he grinned. "Oh yeah, I do!" he said excitedly when she asked about it's sender. "Not cause I read it." he said quickly, worrying she might take his words too literally. Felix scrambled to dig out the right note and quickly grabbed it. "Uh, here." he said awkwardly and handed it over.

thanks for coming to the yule ball with me, you looked really really pretty

wanna hang out more??

The boy quickly grew flustered, which amused Celia. She gave him an appraising look. "Isn't getting to read the notes the main draw of being a deliverer?" she asked, deadpan. It was certainly the only reason she would ever consider devoting her Valentine's Day to running around the castle in circles, delivering flowers to strangers.

Celia took the note and read it, smiling as she did so. While the sender wasn't exactly a surprise, the message definitely was. Who knew Louis Alcott had manners? Celia's impression of the Gryffindor had never been completely positive, but she had to admit that he'd surprised her — both at the dance and now with this rose. Still, she wasn't sure how she wanted to respond to his question. At least she had time to figure that out. Glancing up, Celia realized the boy was still there. "Thanks for delivering this," she said, holding the rose aloft.

Felix wasn't sure if Celia was joking about reading people's notes but he decided to laugh anyways. "Yeah." he said uncertainly as she thankfully turned her attention to the note. She seemed pleased with whatever it said which was a relief. He would hate to see what her reaction might be fi she didn't like it. "Uh, no problem." he said quickly when she turned back to him. "Happy Valentine's day." he said with a bit of forced cheer before he made to leave.
