Aisa had started to appreciate the dances Hogwarts hosted over the past few years. She wasn't the type of girl to enjoy dressing up too much, but she did like the atmosphere at these events. But Aisa was also glad that being part of Accio gave her something concrete to do, something that didn't require her to talk or socalize with anyone necessarily. She was holding her camera, taking candid snapshots of the dance in case they could be used for the paper. She also made sure to take photos of the decorations, though she privately thought they probably could use last year's photos for those. It seemed like they were always very similar, and Aisa wondered if Professor Alicastell picked them herself. She lowered her camera and looked around for something to eat. She spotted some nice snacks on a nearby table and headed over to grab some.

Daintree's pre-party thing had been pretty fun, if a little quiet, so Sully had been looking forward to having more fun at the actual event once people had begun trickling downstairs to the hall. It was freeing just wandering about by himself for a bit, checking out the cool magic decorations and of course the snacks. He'd half been intending to go find Jarica and Noel at some point and bug them, but he hadn't spotted them just yet. Sully wasn't sure if they were going together as like a date date or just as friends and it wasn't achingly curious to find out. He supposed he could always ask Noel later tonight if all else failed.

Grazing at the snack table, Sully straightened up when he spotted Aisa, camera around her neck and grinned. "Aisa, Aisa, take a picture of me!" Sully called, making sure to strike a dramatic pose, flinging out his arms and smiling.

Violet don't know exactly why she bother getting dress up for the Yule Ball this year. She never really been one for dancing or stuffing her face with sweets. Vi didn't know how to dance and sweets rarely ever sit well in her stomach. If she even consider eating something from the dessert table she would have to rush to the nearest lavatory. It wasn't a pretty sight when that happens. Despite, being prone to dancing and not being able to enjoy the spread like a normal teenager, Vi showed her face at the Yule Ball. Typically, she'd be on the look out for Cyzarine. Not tonight, she sure the Gryffindor was busy with the Hufflepuff boy. Vi didn't know what her best friend saw in the boy. He looked like he needed a haircut and a bath. He reminded Vi of those hippie guys with long hair, it's safe to say Vi didn't took a like in the boy very much.

Running a hand freely through her hair, Vi sat away from the dance floor. She sat away from the dessert table, though, it wasn't exactly that far out of reach. "Wait, not yet," Violet got up and sat away from the boy and camera girl.
"Alright, you're good to go."

Aisa looked up when she heard her name, reminded of her encounter in the library with Simon. But at least the boy who was now calling her name was tolerable, even if Sully was often annoying too. Aisa sighed, watching him pose for a moment without reaching for her camera. "Do you want to look ridiculous in the yearbook?" She asked him, though she couldn't help smiling a little. "Oh right, you will anyway." She added, raising her camera. She spotted the girl who wanted to be out of the shot, and waited for her to be out of the way before snapping the shot. She then turned to the girl. "Do you want me to take yours next? For the yearbook?"

Adorah was still alone at the Yule Ball, but she was hoping to find some familiar faces. As she entered, she saw her sister near her date and rolled her eyes. Juniper had an air of confidence, or perhaps stubborness was a better descriptor, that Adorah just did not understand. She found the behaviors to be a little improper. However, her parents seemed to think she was the perfect child so Adorah kept most of these thoughts to herself. She walked through the Great Hall and saw a familiar face on Aisa who was taking pictures of a few people. Taking a few steps towards the girl, she caught her in between photos and smiled. "Do you work for the newspaper?" she asked, placing a strand of hair behind her ear. She gave Aisa a look up and down and thought she looked quite beautiful with the simple dress on and could feel her cheeks becoming a little warm.

Sully beamed at Aisa, not faltering from his pose when she asked about looking ridiculous. "Can't look ridiculous when I always look this cool," Sully said, amping up the obnoxiousness to see if Aisa would crack a smile, or maybe do that annoyed huff she did that secretly meant she thought he was being funny. At least that's what Sully assumed it meant. He glanced over his shoulder when someone purposely moved out of the shot and frowned, though he had to swivel quickly back to Aisa to get his totally awesome glamour shot before he could focus back on her.

Edging around the tables, Sully slunk past Aisa and the girl, positioning himself carefully in what he hoped would be perfect photobomb position as long as Aisa didn't move too much. He raised a finger to his lips, hoping the girl wouldn't notice while Aisa spoke to her and that Aisa would play along, but they were joined by someone else, Sully was pretty sure it was Nora or Ada or something from their class. Adora? Something like that. Sully tried not to get too impatient for his joke to pay off while she spoke to Aisa, bouncing a little on the spot.
