Open after @Leda Layton

Taking a break from roses to eat lunch, Sully had decided to do a little bit of recon about his next rose. Asking the older kids about Leda Leyton had relieved two things. One, she was a Slytherin, and two, some people didn't seem to like her very much. Curious, Sully had hopped over to the Slytherin table, stepping up onto one of the benches to get a view over everyone's heads. "HEY LEDA, LEDA LAYTON," He called out over the lunchtime noise. "SOMEBODY LIKES YOU, YOU GOT A ROSE." He said, waving the yellow rose to see if anyone would turn their heads to claim it.

Leda had been minding her own business over breakfast when someone started yelling her name. “Alright, calm down,” she snapped, instantly annoyed someone was throwing her name around the place. She didn’t like to be noticed at the best of times and the last thing she needed was everyone staring. “What is it?”

Sully hopped down from the bench when he got a response, happy with how smoothly his current tactic seemed to be going. "Rose for you, congrats!" He said promptly, holding out the yellow rose for Leda, along with the note. It'd taken a lot of will power not to snoop on everyone's roses, so he hoped she appreciated it.

Thanks for being my friend! You are awesome at stories!

- Zennon

Leda took the rose, relived at least that it was yellow. Reading the note she was slightly surprised to see it was from Zennon. The pair didn’t talk too often but it was nice that he reaffirmed their friendship, something Leda didn’t have with too many people these days. “Thanks,” she replied quietly, wondering if the younger boy was going to hang around or if he had other things to get onto.

Sully gave Leda a thumbs after she'd taken the rose. She seemed happy enough with it, at least. "Has anyone ever broken up with someone with a yellow rose, you think?" He mused out loud. "Imagine being all happy to get one and it turns out it's someone wanting to just be friends, bummer aye." He laughed at the imaginary scenario, though he'd be definitely be super bummed if it happened to him.
