Office description (to be updated)
On the outer door, Lydia has a handwritten sign. Posted are her office hours and the following notices:
Lydia’s desk is always tidy and organized, except for the stack of three or four books she is reading at a given time and her prized everlasting quills. A heavy gray sweater is usually draped over the back of her chair. Three potted plants sit on her windowsill, one vining and green, one spidery, and one purple and flowering. There are two cages, similar to those used for birds, and an empty aquarium against the back wall. On the opposite wall are two bookshelves, which are partially-filled. At night, the room is well-lit with an assortment of floating candles, lanterns, and wall sconces.
On a side table covered with a decorative cloth is placed an enchanted tea set. There is a small placard stating: Caution! Do not touch the kettle. There is no explanation for what will happen if a curious student, staff member, or creature manages to ignore this warning…
If Lydia’s visitor is polite, she will likely offer them a cup of their favorite tea.
