Pink Rose for @Astraea Vale

Anisha didn't know the first girl on her list, but after some asking around figured out she was in Slytherin. She tapped a girl on the shoulder and asked her to get Astraea Vale, wondering if she pronounced the girl's name correctly. Anisha waited impatiently for her to appear.

Astraea found Valentines Day to be one of the more sickening days. She didn't find any joy in flowers, over the top shows of affection, love hearts and pink everywhere - it was gross. And the fact that every two minutes someone was getting a rose from someone else drove the young girl insane.
She had managed to find a quiet spot in the Slytherin Common Room where she could read her book and ignore the rest of the world. It took a minute before she discovered someone was calling out to her. Feeling skeptical about what the girl had told her was waiting for her, Astraea wondered what elaborate prank Horror had planned for her as pay back as she stepped outside the Common Room and came face to face with a Gryffindor girl.

Anisha frowned as a girl approached her silently. She blinked a few times. "Are you Astraea then?" She asked eventually.

Astraea stared at the girl, wondering why she had called her outside, when she finally spoke. "Yes." Astraea replied plainly. "Is there something you wanted?"

Anisha shrugged. "I don't especially want to give you a rose, but I kind of have to." She said, holding out the pink rose. "Here you go!" She wondered if the girl would smile, but doubted it somehow.

Astraea,

This is for the bet. I had to deliver, so you get a pink rose. Feel free to cut the bloom off and keep the thorns and stem.

~ Horror

Astraea raised an eyebrow when the girl stated that she didn't want to give her a rose, wondering if she had perhaps been pranked into doing the task as well. But the thought didn't stay long as the Gryffindor girl held out a pink rose, to Astraea's horror. Scowling at the note he had written, Astraea at least appreciated that he knew she would hate it. Taking a cue from Horror's note, Astraea grabbed a handful of the rose petals and pulled them off the stem, throwing them on the ground. She stared at the girl for a moment before turning around, taking the note and stem back inside with her.
