It had been such a long time since Violeta Finch just sat down in the library just to study. Most of the time, she studied in her dorm, but she needed a change of scenery. However, every page of the textbook she turned, she also flipped the page of a witch magazine with featured a ton of fashion in it. It was hard to keep her from the latest trends. The models were beyond gorgeous too, which only attracted her more. Violeta, soon enough, closed the textbook and deemed studying to not be worth her time at the moment. The magazine with moving pictures enamored her even more. After all, she never really planned on getting a job in the ministry anyway. She preferred to use her creative talents, and go into fashion, be it design or modeling. She knew she could do the later since she had the genetics for it. It was really hard for her to walk on heels. She had to practice sometime in the future though.

Sam had one thing on her mind right now, and that was her studies. Well actually, she had quite a bit to think about, but her family was always on her mind and that was nothing new. Between her sister's baby, Sam trying to impress her father so that he would be proud, and her other siblings at school with her Sam needed to find the right mindset when it came to catching up with her coursework. Somehow, she had fallen behind for the first time in her life, and she felt a little disorientated. Sam was normally good at keeping up with her schedule, but right now she needed to find that balance and order once again. She decided she would spend the entire day at the library, with no pause, save for meals, and she would do her best to get as much done as her brain would allow. She was annoyed at how full it was. When was Sam ever going to find a table to herself? With a small sigh, the fourth year plastered a smile one her face as she noticed a familiar face. Some girl in her year, but she wasn't sure of her name. "Hi," she greeted to make her presence known. "Library's a bit full. Mind if I sit here with you?" The Slytherin noticed how the other girl had a magazine opened, and she sincerely hoped that the turning of pages wouldn't be too loud to distract Sam. At least, the girl seemed nice.
