Simon couldn’t quite believe he was a seventh year, he had made it through almost all of his schooling. He had managed so far to get perfect grades, the first year flying absolutely didn’t count for anything. But he was a seventh year, doing his NEWTs and his career path was already in mind. He knew exactly what he wanted to do. He knew he just had to do well in this year and then he’d be fine. That was the important thing after all, it didn’t matter that much how he’d done in the previous years, if he didn’t manage to do well in this year then it would all be for nought. So, rather than spending the first few days of the semester with his wonderful, beautiful girlfriend, he was already in the library with his books open in front of him and reading over the material for this year. He needed to be ahead of the work that they were doing in the class, he needed to be on top of everything. He had his books and notes out and was just reading over them with a casualness. He knew he needed to be on top of it but he also recognised that it was the very beginning of the semester so he didn’t need to be that serious.

The blonde was beyond happy with her previous year progession. She had the best boyfriend ever and become top point earner for her house. Something Simon didn't became and she could not wait to rub that into his face. Also Diana was not hard to beat since she was in her house but it was already known to the blonde that she was way smarter obviously. She had been having a nice break at home but hadn't seen Simon that much. Charlotte needed to prepare herself for everything and if Simon would not come to her she would seek him out and it was not hard to find him. They both needed to study hard for their last year, her father had put faith in her she would do good and she had to think of her future for sure. So the blonde entered the library with her bag full of notes and two books under her arm. Charlotte wanted to succeed. For every class she had been taking she had gotten an outstanding, but not for transfiguration and she needed to do that this year again but than for every class the same grade outstandings. It was not hard to spot her redhead and she smiled from afar. They just spend a lot of time together and with studying as well so the blonde hoped she would not interrupt but she would do her hard work as well. She walked towards him and when she got close she put her hands over his eyes since she came in the direction of his back, so he didn't spotted her yet. '' Guess who.'' The blonde than said with a grin.

Theodore found it hard to believe this was his final year, and knew he had to study hard now. It was his last chance to get good grades so he could go into a field that he was interested in, and he knew that he had to work harder than he had over the past years. So he had decided to go to the library alone instead of with his girlfriend Zoe, as he knew she would be very distracting and it would be much more tempting to talk to her than to look over his notes. He had found a good spot in the library, but saw to his annoyance that Simon Vanity was sitting nearby. He wasn't really doing anything to annoy Theodore actively, but Theodore had never really liked his roommate much. He was too perfect, and Theodore assumed he was a jerk because of it. Theodore tried his best to ignore his fellow Ravenclaw, but then his annoying Slytherin girlfriend came up to him and started making a whole display of their relationship. Theodore couldn't help a small disgusted noise from escaping him as he glanced at them. This was the library, some people were trying to study here. He made a point of giving them a dirty look before hiding behind his book, hoping they would get the hint.

Simon had always worked hard at the beginning of the semester, he had always taken to being in the library at the beginning of the semester. He knew it was a little ahead of time, but it was good to be head. He was focused solely on his work and was therefore surprised when someone covered his eyes, the soft feel of the hands and the little bit that she said, and he knew exactly who that was, ”Charlotte, my love,” he greeted her, taking her hands in his and kissing them softly. He stood up from his seat and then pulled the chair next to him out so that she could join him. He only noticed as he did this that one of his other dorm mate was sat off to the side. He didn’t know the boys in his dorm well, and he was far more focused upon his girlfriend. He took his seat again, and smiled at her, ”Are you hoping to best me again? I’m definitely not going to let that happen,” she had managed to be a top points earner when he had not. It had definitely been something that she’d brought up in the last few months since the end of the last year. The part veela gave a small smile to her, it was nice to be together, he couldn’t really imagine being with anyone else. He couldn’t help the fond expression whenever he looked at her.

The blonde grinned as Simon knew who she was obviously. It would be weird if he thought it was someone else. Simon was so sweet to her and she was completly in love. They were ment for eachother and everybody could know that. Charlotte went sitting next to Simon when she heard a person made a noice or something and looked in their direction with an look that didn't really ment something nice it seemed. The blonde was a bit distracted by it and looked back to the boy, who seemed really creepy. And than she remembered it was one of those creepy twins one Diana had dated. Charlotte looked at Simon for a moment before she put her book on the table. He ment the points she had been earning last year and she grinned as she put her hand on his cheek shortly. '' Sorry but I am. And that stupid Styx now finally will regret me not making prefect. I will achieve it this year again. Top point earner for Slytherin. '' The blonde than said with a grin. Charlotte than could not shake the twin out of her head now. He was Simons roommate than she figured. '' That creepy boy was looking at us. He is one of those twins right, your roommate?'' The blonde than asked while she looked at the boy who almost hid his face in the book.

Simon watched her with rapt attention as she took a seat with him. He couldn’t help but lean lightly into her touch and smile at her words. He had really won the most, as head boy he held the top title, but it seemed like competition was not with him, but rather with her own head of house. ”You’d have made the perfect prefect,” he told her in agreement, ”Least now, you can be the head boy’s amazing girlfriend,” he knew that it wasn’t how she’d want to be referred to as, and certainly it was not what she deserved to be, but it was always a competition, always fun and games between them, so this would certainly be no different. He was also sure that she would manage just fine to be the one person in slytherin to get the most points. He glanced around and spotted his roommate, before dramatically and visibly rolling his eyes at the other boy. He looked back at Charlotte and gave her a little nod. He leaned in and pressed a kiss to her lips, ”Hopefully he’ll stop staring now,” he said to her, with his lips still close to her, of course he knew this wouldn’t much help her feel less watched but it might help a little or at least force whichever twin it was to go away.

After giving them a look, Theodore peeked over his book again to see if the two annoying students got the hint. They clearly hadn't, and he scowled at them, pulling a face at Simon kissed the girl's hands. He was absolutely ridiculous. Did he think he could do whatever he wanted because he was Head boy? He realized the girl had spotted him, and decided to stop hiding. He put his book down and glared at them openly, his glare only deepening when they started kissing. This was not appropriate, and Theodore couldn't help a small noise of disgust at the display.

Charlotte smiled as Simon gave her a compliment, ofcourse he stood next to her and beside her and supported her. And she would indeed be a perfect prefect, but a better head girl. It would have been so amazing if the two were as a couple. Superiour and they both deserved it. Though Charlotte was really glad Simon got it, he was the best. She sighted shortly at his comment. '' I wish we were headboy and headgirl. Who is even headgirl?'' Charlotte than asked. The blonde would hate that person directly. '' But I'm glad you are. Nobody else would deserve it.'' Charlotte than said with a smile. When Simon kissed her and said that the creepy boy would stop staring the blonde hoped. But he just kept staring even longer. Charlotte sighted and looked angry at the twin and than to Simon. How jealous he would be. No girl would ever like him right? Or was he dating someone? She could not understand. Charlotte than was done with it and raised her voice looking at the boy.
'' Creepy much?!''
She than said annoyed. She was the one who said something and if Simon wasn't gonna she would.

Simon couldn’t help his little nod of agreement, though he liked Leda and thought she was a good head girl, of course he would’ve rather be head boy with Charlotte as his head girl. ”Leda, she’s a slytherin,” he told her, and then he smiled at her compliment, ”Thanks, my love,” he said to her with a little smile. He leaned in and kissed her, if only to annoy his roommate, which it did seem to do, though maybe not in the most helpful way because he didn’t leave, instead he just kept staring. Charlotte spoke annoyed at him and Simon just gave a little chuckle. ”Leave him be, he’s just jealous,” Simon wasn’t sure which twin it was, it wasn’t like he’d ever bothered to get to know either boy, they were his creepy competition in Ravenclaw. He ignored the boy, since if he wanted to get annoyed with them he was entitled to, but it wasn’t going to stop Simon and if Charlotte started to get really agitated he could flex the head boy crown and force the boy to leave. Simon pulled away from her, ”What are you thinking of doing after school?” he knew that she had high hopes, high ambitions, and he would support her in every way necessary, but he had some too and they’d have to make it both work, if things got difficult and the conversation, would easily distract them from the creepy boy.

Charlotte listened as Simon explained who was headgirl. It was her roommate Leda. Not that Charlotte ever paid attention to them. But she felt angry. '' Stupid.'' The blonde than said with a sigh and rolled her eyes shortly. But Simon was worth it for sure. And that was what mattered now after all. And she knew people liked Simon more than she liked her. But Charlotte didn't cared about everyone else. Charlotte just could not let it rest that stupid twin. And as she already thought Simon just relaxed her. '' For sure. I don't get why Diana ever dated one of them. But on the other hand, she is weird as well. '' Charlotte than said and could not let it go. Simon knew how she thought of her and Charlotte was just honest. She tried to ignore the boy as Simon distracted her in a good way. A talk about the future was indeed handy and the blonde always had an idea of what she wanted. But now things came closer she doubted. Her father had told her she could follow in his footsteps. But perhaps she wanted more. Everything was possible. '' I'm not sure. My father wants me to follow in his footsteps as an CEO. But I think I want more.'' Charlotte than explained and smiled. She wanted everything, and a powerfull position. '' What about you?'' The blonde than returned the question. One thing she knew was that she wanted to be with Simon.

Theodore saw the two had noticed him, and blanched when the girl called to him. He scowled at her, then at the Head Boy too as he said nothing to him and just spoke to the girl. He really did seem to think he could do anything because he was head boy. He scowled as they continued to ignore him after that, closing his book entirely. "Excuse me." He told them, his voice just loud enough to reach them. "This is a library. Some of us are here to study, not to watch disgusting displays you put on." He said, looking at them each in turn with a piercing gaze. "Or to listen to your boring conversations." He added.

Simon rolled his eyes somewhat playfully as she called Leda stupid, ”Oh come on now, she’s not that bad,” the head boy countered. He loved Charlotte dearly, but he needed to be able to work with Leda, and Leda wasn’t that bad. He didn’t know her that well, but she seemed just fine. ”You’d have been better, but whats done is done,” Simon said to her, ”Remember in like a years time, it won’t matter,” Simon said. After they were all finished with school, it wouldn’t matter who had done what, who had been what. They would all just fit into new roles and new places. He listened as Charlotte continued on about the twins, and about Diana, he knew that girl would always be a little of a sore spot for Charlotte but he didn’t say anything. Instead he listened as she talked about what she might do. Following in her father’s footsteps, being a CEO, of course his girlfriend would be such an incredible thing. ”I’ll be an Auror,” he told her, he’d decided on it pretty early on in his school, and he’d worked so hard during school, achieving highly, he was in the last stretch but he knew he would manage just fine. He was so close, it was only a matter of doing the exams and graduating. He would get it and he would be a good auror. ”Will you stay in New Zealand?” he asked her, it was rather important they both know where the other stood, but he knew no matter what or the distance he would want to remain with Charlotte. It seemed then that the Westwick decided to make himself more known, going so far as to speak to them, Simon glanced around at him, ”Well then study and stop letting yourself be distracted by others,” he told him plainly as if it was obvious that all he had to do was actually focus on his work. Simon didn’t really want to take points from his own house, from someone he had to share a dorm with, but Simon very much would do so if he had to - even if it didn't really merit it.

Charlotte tried to focus on her boyfriend and that wasn't hard since he was not hard to miss, but when there was something she didn't liked she was drawn to that as well. She rolled her eyes of Leda for a moment. Glad that Simon could work with that girl. Her roommate was not really her favorite. But not that she ever spoke to her roommates. Charlotte sometimes pretended they weren't there. She wanted her own room. Charlotte smiled again as he told her she would be a better one. Ofcourse she would. But indeed there was nothign to be done or change it now. She nodded as he was right ofcourse he was, no one would care of the title anymore in the future. Charlotte was gonna make it she knew it. She would work hard. Charlotte kind of was suprised by the carreer choice of Simon. But on the other hand it suited him perfectly. And it was an hard job, something you had to work hard for. But the blonde had no interest in that path yet. She didn't knew it, but perhaps Simon could help her finding the right department in case she wanted to go to the Ministry. '' Auror is interesting my love. You will do amazingly for sure.'' She than said with a smile and stroked his cheek for a moment before looking at her book again. She read a bit and than looked her Simon again. '' I'm not sure yet. I won't stay in America for sure. But wherever my work takes me. Or you ofcourse.'' She than explained. The blonde threw her hair to the back for a moment and was glad Simon was taking his career just as serious as she would. They would make an amazing working couple for sure.

When she wanted to focus on her book again she heard the twin speaking back finally. He really wanted their attention now for sure and Charlotte looked at him annoyed. Charlotte figured she would be the one to react as first but this time Simon opened his mouth to his roommate. Charlotte agreed and rolled her eyes.
'' Well don't look than. Creepy boy.'' They were here to study as well. But it was okay to speak. Charlotte looked at Simon than again. '' Disgusting. Which one of the twins is this anyway?'' She than asked Simon hard enough for the twin to hear.

Leda had managed for the most part, to ignore the two voices that were talking to one another around the other side of the bookcase. She knew Simon and Charlotte well enough to figure out it was them without seeing their faces, although as soon as she'd heard her own name, her attention was distracted from her books. She snorted into the pages of her Ancient Runes homework when Charlotte called her stupid. The only thing stupid here was that her dorm mate thought anyone would actually believe her when she said she hadn't known who the Head Girl was. It wasn't exactly a secret to Leda that the blonde had been jealous of her prefect badge, and now that Simon was Head Boy too, Leda had no doubt that the seventh year would have been fully versed in who was accompanying him, given it wasn't Charlotte herself. The Slytherin was happy to just listen along to their conversation, until the tables turned and Charlotte began to talk about one of the creepy boys. During the last few months, Leda had felt more defensive over other students than she ever had before, and feeling the need to watch over whoever her room mate was talking about, the Head Girl slowly packed up her things, and angled herself to browse for new books at an angle where she could now watch the scene unfold. It wasn't that she didn't trust Simon, who surely was in a similar position as herself, only that he had a bias quite literally on his shoulders.

Theodore frowned as Simon spoke to him, realizing he could probably count on two hands how often they had spoken to each other despite being roommates for the past six years. "It is impossible not to be distracted." He countered. "This is not appropriate in the library." He frowned, "especially for the Head Boy." He added with a sneer, letting the other boy know what he thought of that position. He ignored the blonde's first comment, but looked at her when he asked Simon who he was. "He can't tell." He informed her. "It also is none of your business who I am." He added, as it was clear neither of them would really care if he was Theodore or Edmund. They had their opinions about both of them ready already.
