The letter to Hogwarts arrived and Misty was over the moon excited to meet new people. It scared her since she knew it was going to be hard work, but her parents had said that there were always people that could help her. Misty was pacing up and down her room and packing her large trunk she had gotten for her birthday. She didn't know what to pack so she packed bits and bobs of everything. Misty didn't even know if she was allowed to take her stuffed animal with her, but she packed it anyway. It was a little stuffed pig that she had gotten from her grandmother a long time ago. Misty closed her trunk and walked downstairs. Her parents were already ready to leave, they didn't want to be late. Misty arrived at the station on time and boarded the train. It was already full with people and Misty was excited. There weren't a lot of people on the outskirts were she lived and her parents home schooled her. That made her group of friends rather small. Misty smiled and sat down in a compartment. Soon she would arrive at this magical school and it would be the first time she would be in a class. It excited and scared her at the same time. When they arrived at the castle Misty was shocked it was giant and there were doors everywhere. It did look nice, but she did miss the hay and sounds of animals everywhere you went. Misty walked into the hall with the other first year and waited for her name to be called. She was so overwhelmed by everything that she had almost missed her moment.
