Closed Losing Patience

Alice was enjoying the sunshine as she sat on one of the benches in the courtyard with her Charms book. She was doing the reading for the next lesson, which she would have soon. She was enjoying her classes again and enjoyed doing well in them. Alice knew that her grades this year would be important, as they would determine which classes she could take in her NEWT year. The girl closed her eyes for a moment and tilted her head up, enjoying the sunlight on her face. Things were going to be better this year, she was determined to make it so. She would write Ava later, to let her know she wasn't mad at her. She missed her friend, but hoped she was doing well.

 

[Uno Bear]

Uno quite enjoyed spending time in the Courtyard, it didn't feel as suffocating as the rest of the castle. The Slytherin was desperate for her schooling to come to an end. She was doing okay in classes, and it sure as hell was better than muggle school, but it didn't mean that she loved the fact that they were shoved into dorms and classes with the lamest people ever. Uno missed her other half. Hogwarts definitely wasn't as exciting without him. Bored, and looking for something interesting, Uno found it as soon as she stepped into the courtyard. Poor, little Alice Holland. Sensing her opportunity to cure her boredom, Uno approached the Hufflepuff. "But...if you're here, who's guarding Hades?*"

Alice opened one eye when she heard a voice, though she already knew who it was. Uno Bear, a girl who seemed to Alice like she was rotten to her core. She had always made fun of Alice, so this wasn't a huge surprise. But Alice was determined not to let her spoil her mood completely. She brushed her hair behind her ear. "Apparently no one, as I'm seeing Hades right in front of me." She said coolly, giving Uno a pointed look.
