They sustained a criminal relationship after school, though this culminated in a disagreement of morals, which ultimately broke down the allied relationship.
Since that time, they two men had lost contact, though Kaspar was always watching his back with the concern that at least one aspect of his past was going to follow him, and his greatest concern was Arlo (who had enough reason to want him dead or to reform their partnership. This meant a period of cat and mouse, which ended with the two encountering each other in the Hog's Head (New Zealand). The moral struggles were reborn, and Kaspar was forced to start facing his past.

Brief History Head of a wizarding mafia, Kaspar became one of his most valued employees, forming a close relationship that earned both men a great deal of profit. Krypta was particularly protective of Kaspar, much to the disgust of other members. There was a lot of talk among the members that the relationship of the two men had gone a lot deeper than just a good ally and friend, though neither man either confirmed nor denied the accusations.
The business relationship was put on hold after Kaspar's capture and torture by a rival gang. Krypta even funded Kaspar's family's travel expenses to move to New Zealand. While Krypta and Kaspar no longer do business, they do maintain a low level of contact through letters.

Brief History Johannes and Kaspar met through the mafia. Johannes was charged with extracting information from targets through the use of mixing his charm, charisma, and manipulative nature. He was incredibly popular with the ladies, and even set Kaspar up with a girlfriend for a short phase. Kaspar never got hugely involved with Johannes, but they never suffered any conflict or rivalry. Both got on fairly well for what little they worked together (usually only in handing over from one to another, as Kaspar would tend to work 'the field'). They did not regularly keep in touch after Kaspar left the service of the mafia for New Zealand, but they did exchange the occasional letter (usually with Johannes trying for information about targets in New Zealand).

Brief History Kaspar met the somewhat deranged and violent Ariadna Bolt through Krypta's mafia- Ariadna was heavily into the use of dark magic, and was always very jealous of newcomers to the group. The two got on reasonably well for the first few months- until Ariadna began to grow angered by the bond Kaspar and Krypta appeared to share. This cause a lot of tension among the mafia, with it culminating in Ariadna and Kaspar having a physical fight (Kaspar was badly wounded, though his refusal to put up a fight, and instead attempt to restrain, played a large factor in his coming off worse). However, this fight seemed to help calm Ariadna's fears (for many years she had lusted after Krypta, who, though kind towards her, had never shown her any real interest further than friendship), and they began a more peaceful business relationship.

Brief History Kaspar met Holly through Johannes Grimm: Holly had been a target for her work with an American wizarding mafia, though she soon proved useful enough to Krypta that she was taken on as bait for future targets (much to Ariadna, who believed herself far more beautiful and hard to resist). Kaspar and Holly got talking and got on incredibly well. They agreed to go for a drink one evening, and their meet-ups became a regular thing.
Their relationship spanned only six months. While Kaspar tried to convince Holly he wanted to take things slow, and for the most part she was fine with this, Holly did find the spark between them had fizzled out through lack of consummation. She also found herself regularly let down for evenings to instead be spent with Krypta. Holly ended the relationship, though remained close friends with Kaspar, perhaps starting to question and understand a little more than he had hoped. When Holly began talking about making Kaspar's secret public, Kaspar began to break away from their friendship and put some distance between them. They lost contact when he moved to New Zealand, and Kaspar never sought to change it.

The unlikely couple met at a restaurant when Kaspar and Arlo had been meeting for drinks to discuss business. Hilda had caught Kaspar's attention when she had started shouting at a waiter for serving her cold, 'off-tasting' fish. Kaspar had been noticed staring at her, and Hilda had taken this as a positive (being very naturally self-confident), and approached him to hand over her name and contact details. Kaspar, feeling slightly under pressure to make a good impression on his parents, began dating Hilda, which turned into a relationship that spanned eight more months.
The couple attended many Quidditch games and generally had a good time together, but before a year was out, Hilda had given Kaspar an ultimatum; she was desperate for a child and almost ten year's his senior, and the relationship had never been consummated. She said that either they would start trying for a baby, or she would call it quits on the relationship. Kaspar told her that he did not feel ready for a child yet, and so the relationship ended. Though there were initial tensions, Kaspar did keep in touch for several years after, even acting as the best man at her wedding.
