After whatever lesson she had that day was over, the barefooted Roxy went roaming outside the castle. She would’ve returned to Slytherin’s common room but she was feeling sort of impulsive today. She doesn't know what was the cause of it and wasn’t going to question it. With a mouth full of gum, she chewed her way outside content with popping her gum. Roxy ended up in the courtyard, feeling the pebbles prod at the bottom of her bare feet. What most would find uncomfortable, she found relaxing pressing down on small pebbles. Roxy popped her gum once more, and then settle to sit down on a stone bench. When there was a vacant seat nearby, best believe Roxy will be sitting or laying down like it’s nobody's business.

Chloë decided that it was time for her to get some well deserved fresh air. She had finished class and was all caught up with her reading for the others, so it was time for her to take a break for a little while. The youngster made her way outside onto the courtyard and let her eyes scan the place for a free spot to sit. She quickly discovered an emtpy spot on one of the benches. Chloë popped herself down on the bench next to another girl. She smiled at her for a second to acknowledge her presence, but didn't really pay more attention to the girl next to her. Instead she looked around the courtyard, wondering what she was going to do with this time outside.

Roxy notices the girl once she stumbles into view, the blue-eyed Slytherin snapped her gum and resumes chewing the wad of gum she had going since this morning. It was becoming increasingly flavorless. Roxy pulled the gum out and strung with her teeth while the girl sat nearby. A bored Roxy, chomp on the flavorless gum and spat it out into her hand. She rolled the wad into a ball then placed it underneath the stone bench. “Hey-lo,” at long last the smaller girl greeted her bench neighbor. “What’s your name?” The barefooted girl would ask while she went searching through her pockets to find a stick of gum or taffy. Whatever Roxy can get to first, she needed to be chewing on something. She pulled out two sticks, shoved one into her mouth and offer up the other. "Want some, it's doublemint."

Chloë looked at the girl next to her through the corner of her eye when she popped her gum, hoping that she wouldn't keep doing that. The youngster wasn't a fan of gum popping, certainly not when there were people who somehow felt the need to pop their gum every two seconds. Why? She tried to keep her cool as the girl then continued to pull the gum out of her mouth. Gross. What was even worse was that she then continued to stick it under the bench. However, she didn't feel like arguing with a stranger, so she tried her best to just let it be. "Hi, I'm Chloë." The Gryffindor smiled politely. She shook her head when the other girl offered her some gum. "No thanks." She declined, before letting her opinion slip out as well. "And I don't think you should stick it under the bench."
