Evelyn decided to pay a visit at one of the places she came often at this school. It was a room where she had met a lot of friends and hope she still would. The blonde had brought her bag along with her favorite magazines about fashion ofcourse. And also her drawing book to work on her own designs. Evelyn still had tons of idea's inside of her mind and hoped to share them with her boss at Gladrags or to work on it herself soon. Her aunt could help her always too, she became more famous around the world with her Danish brand. The blonde found a free spot at the couch and sat down. It was time to relax a bit and she would meet up with her friends later on here. This year was going really fast and Evelyn her mind was exploding. She had it all under control her social chair at the Heta Omega, being in Hogwarts Monthly, being prefect and studying. And boy issues on the other hand. Evelyn would tell her friends about the Yule Ball and her feelings. She hoped they weren't gonna judge her. She judged herself pretty hard already. The blonde took a magazine and started reading it. Fashion could always made her happy, and she needed happy right now.

Returning to school after the holidays was kind of nice, though Amber did feel a little stressed she mostly felt at ease lately. A lot of that had to do with the weight falling off her shoulders now that she was finally able to be herself, though she still worried about facing a few people. One of those people was Evelyn, as she had no idea what the girl would say about the whole situation. She was sure the news had spread through the school, as most gossip about couples getting together did. But she had tried not to focus on that aspect of the life at Hogwarts. What Amber wanted from now on was to live how she wanted, and she wanted to be with Ainsley. Everything had been falling into place for Amber, and even the new prefect duties weren't all that difficult to combine with her school work now that she dropped a few classes.

The student lounge was always a nice place to sit and study or simply read a magazine. It was more likely she would run into friends here than in the common room, and less likely that she would run into November. She did pause when she noticed Evelyn sitting at a table with a sketchbook and some magazines. It had been a while since the girl intimidated her, but she felt the old feeling return now. But no, Amber wasn't that person anymore. If she could be brave at the yule ball, she could be now. With her smile in place, she approached the blonde and sat next to her. "Hi Evelyn, how are you?" She asked her friend. It had been a while since they talked.

Fleur was of course excited to see her best friend and other friends once again. She knew Evelyn wanted them all to meet and she herself couldn't remember a time when she'd ever been apart of this friend group meeting. She knew before her and Evelyn became friends all the girls interested in fashion in their year used to hang. Things must have changed when Evelyn started dating Noah and became her friend since they hadn't all hung out as one large group. Fleur wondered if Amber would be there as she headed up the stairs to the Student Lounge. She'd been at the ball with her own boyfriend Riley and had seen the kiss herself, it was a rather big shock, but only because it'd been so public. She couldn't think of a time her and Riley had kissed in an open space like that before. Fleur did have to admit the idea of kissing a girl wasn't repulsive to her, she'd often think if she was interested in any girl it would be Evelyn, but they were best friends. Her mind wandered to how people were saying Amber and this girl she kissed, Ainsley, were best friends. It made her wonder if there was ever a moment Evelyn thought about kissing her. She shook her head of the thoughts as she entered the room, she wanted a boyfriend and then later a husband not a girlfriend.

Walking in she spotted Evelyn and Amber right away, a smirk appeared on her face for a moment, her mind thinking about the kiss once again. Fleur began to make her way over to the two girls her smirk turning into a smile as she was excited to see Evelyn once again. She jumped onto Evelyn, careful to not make a mess of the girl's work in front of her. "Evelyn! It's been too long! Breaks are far too long for us to not see each other!" She said hugging the girl. Pulling back Fleur smiled at Amber, the always polite and kind Amber. Though Fleur had heard the rumors of how Amber and another Hufflepuff were in a constant battle, she wondered if it would ever come to a duel or if they were just petty arguments. "And Amber! It's nice to see you back and doing well," she said with a friendly smile to the girl. She had a feeling Amber at one point had been jealous of the friendship that had formed between her and Evelyn, she hoped she was over that by now.

Noemie had been happy to receive a note to spend time with her friends when the semester had begun. Admittedly Noemie was nervous about it, she knew that all of her friends were doing better than she was, all prefects, all in relationships, all likely to do well in their owls. Noemie was happy that the beginning of the term was going nice and slow, giving her the time to get back into her routine but also to spend time with friends before the semester overloaded her with work that she needed to do. The teen ran a hand through her hair, realizing with a start that she was going to be a bit late to meet her friends. She had found that the working out and exercise she did most days helped her relax and wind down. It helped her feel more awake, better at quidditch and able to concentrate a little better. She quickly got ready and gathered up the magazines that she had picked out to take with her. She put them into her bag and rushed out the room. She didn't bother to check she had brought everything, but she knew the other girls would have brought their own and there would be plenty.

Noemie rushed into the student lounge, pulling her auburn hair out of the high ponytail as she smiled towards her friends. The part veela walked over to them, "Sorry," she greeted, she could note that she wasn't too late, only a couple of minutes but Noemie was the last to arrive. She looked between the girls with a warm expression on her face, "How are you guys?" Noemie took the remaining seat, "It's been a while since we all hung out, good to see you all again," the part-veela told them honestly, she didn't get nearly enough time to spend with her friends. Especially since this was the OWL year. She took the magazines out of her bag and placed them on the table. She had of course heard the rumour mill about Amber's yuleball, but she was just happy for her friend. So long as she was happy, Noemie would be happy for her. The part-veela was always happy for her friends, so long as they were happy.

Evelyn smiled when she saw her friend arriving. At first Amber came and it was kind of funny since she had met te girl the first. Amber had changed a lot and looking at her Evelyn felt proud. The girl made it to a prefect and Evelyn thought Amber was doing a great job. Seeing Amber made her realise that they didn't talked yet about what happend at Yule Ball. Evelyn felt guilty that she wasn't there for her friend. She had no idea Amber felt this way about Ainsley. It was kind of suprising this all happend. The blonde had no idea what to think, but she knew herself that she would never fall for girls. She loved spending time with her friends, but she liked boys far too much. And she had her own drama at the yule ball, so it wasn't like she was very busy with Amber and her lovelife. '' Hi Amber! I'm okay. A little bit struggeling with stuff.'' Evelyn started off with a small smile. She wanted to come clean to her friends about breaking up with Noah for Lucas when they would all be there. Evelyn wanted to ask how Amber was doing and about Ainsley when Fleur stormed in. Evelyn smiled at her best friend and was glad to see her. She was just as excited as she herself mostly was. '' Fleur! I'm really glad to see you too.'' Evelyn smiled at her friend and looked at Amber and Fleur as they talked to eachother. Evelyn just thought it was fun if her friends would all be together. She hoped Fleur and Amber would like eachother.

And last but not least Noemie arrived and the blonde was excited to see the Ravenclaw. She looked at her friends and thought about how special this was. They were united from each house one. '' Hi Noemie! It's been a long time! You have been busy with Quidditch I'm guessing. Whenever Gryffindor isn't playing I'm cheering for you.'' Evelyn said friendly with a smile to Noemie. Now when they were all here the blonde smiled. '' Girls I've got something for you. Just a tiny present.'' Evelyn hoped to be cheered up by her friends and giving presents. She took out three bags with something in it. She gave one to Noemie, Amber and Fleur and smiled. Evelyn waited to see their faces. It was a silver bracelet with a tiny heart onto it. It was ment as a friendship bracelet. All had a different colour added to it, the colour from their houses. The blonde waited for a reaction and hoped they would like it. She put out the one for herself and put it on. She would thank her father later for making this happening, she had asked him over the break.

Amber was glad her friend didn't immediately bring up anything about Amber and Ainsley, and she felt herself relax a little. Though a frown appeared on her face as Evelyn admitted she had been struggling with stuff. Amber knew her friend was very open and honest, and knew if she asked Evelyn would tell her more. But before she could, Fleur also appeared. Amber forced herself to smile at the Slytherin. There was something about her that made her feel not entirely at ease, though she was honest enough with herself to admit she was a little jealous of how close she got to Evelyn in such a short time. But Amber was trying her best to push those feelings aside. Fleur had been nothing but nice, and she always looked very stylish. "Hi Fleur, it's nice to see you as well!" Amber said cheerfully. Then Noemie joined them as well and Amber smiled at her too. "Hi Noemie!" She said with enthusiasm at seeing her friend. "It has been too long, but we're all busy." She agreed. Noemie probably had it worse with her Quidditch practice, and all the other girls had prefect duties on top of classes as well. With the other girls here, Amber didn't think asking Evelyn what was wrong was the most tactful move. If the blonde wanted to tell them something she would do so herself. But rather than starting a serious conversation, she told them she had a present for them. Amber's face broke into a smile as she saw what it was. It was so cute! "Oh Evelyn, thank you!" She said happily as she slid it on her wrist. "It's adorable, I love it!" She hugged Evelyn quickly, a big grin on her face. This was unexpected, but she was glad her friend had made a gesture like this. It made her feel more secure about their friendship, even if they hadn't talked much lately.

Fleur wondered if it was just her feeling the tension when Noemie came in. The girl hadn't been made a prefect, though Fleur was certain if she had been a Slytherin it would have been Noemie instead of herself. She thought it was funny how she became a Prefect, though it did damper her temptation to indulge in gossip as she used to. Amber was pleasant to her, which was nice and it was good to see all the girl's once again. Though she knew she needed to get to know Noemie more. "Oh Evelyn! That's so cute! Thanks you!" She said quickly putting on the cute little bracelet from her best friend. Glancing at the other girl's reaction Fleur stopped and realized for the first time they all were from each house. "Guys, wait a minute. Each of us is from one of the four houses, this is like some sort of strange Divination sh-stuff," Fleur said stopping herself from swearing. She knew she shouldn't use bad words, but that was what made them fun to say.

"Is everything alright Evelyn?" Fleur asking noticing the slight hesitation Evelyn seemed to be having, despite seeming to be happy. Fleur wondered if it had something to do with Noah, Evelyn hadn't talked about him much when they wrote to each other during the break. Her own boyfriend was doing wonderful and treating her nicely, though she did sometimes wish he would buy her something to show his affection, as he hadn't bought her anything yet, though it'd been half a year at least since they got to together. Riley was a sweet guy, though she was disappointed he hadn't gone out for the Quidditch team like he'd wanted to, she was surprised his mother had such a hold on him, even when he was at school he listened to what she said.

Evelyn was glad that the girls liked the present. It was always nice to see that her presents made people happy. Her family had enough money to afford things, and Evelyn wanted to share it with others. She had got so many gifts, but knew not everyone had that at home. Before Evelyn went to Hogwarts Evelyn never had friends. She only had some fake friends that wanted to play with her for the nice toys and stuff. But Evelyn had completly changed after coming to Hogwarts. She was not a spoiled brat anymore, although people saw it like that perhaps sometimes. People like Zenia or Merrill, but they were not people that Evelyn thought were normal. They were strange and fake ones, trying to be someone else. And Evelyn was glad to be surrounded with real friends now. She had the most amazing one she figured. And they all had great sense of fashion she thought. Amber reacted adorable on the bracelet. She winked at the girl and wanted to ask about Ainsley and her later on. Evelyn had no idea if Amber would find it comfertable to talk about it all in the open. But on the other hand she had kissed in front of everyone, so that was something else.

The blonde smiled at Fleur too and laughed about the comment she made. It was something she figured out too and that was special. They were from all a different house but that didn't matter. '' Your right Fleur. It is really special. Perhaps it was ment to be!'' Evelyn said with a smile. But ofcourse Fleur saw there was something wrong. Evelyn didn't even tried to hide it. She didn't want to pretend she wasn't as happy as usual. But it was her own choice she made, but it didn't felt great yet. '' Hmm.. I've wanted to tell you. And now that I see you all. Me and Noah finished things.'' The part were Evelyn told she eneding things with Noah wasn't something where she was afraid of, but the part why. But Evelyn wanted to be honest with her friends, and she really didn't cared what they would think. But still it was a bit strange to say. It was like bye Noah welcome Lucas, but that was not what Evelyn ment. '' The reason is.. I've been getting feelings for Lucas. Feelings I've never have felt before, not even with Noah. I wanted to be honest with him and now with you.'' The blonde explained. She was curious at their reaction, but she didn't even knew how Lucas felt yet.

Amber silently admired the bracelet on her wrist while the other girls thanked Evelyn as well. She smiled at Fleur´s realization about their houses, it had been something she had noticed as well. But before she hadn't really been sure if she could consider Fleur a friend. The girl was stylish, pretty, and nice. But Amber wasn't sure if the other girl liked her, she mostly seemed fixated on Evelyn. Which was proven when the girl asked if everything was alright with the blonde girl. Amber turned to look at Evelyn, a small frown appearing on her face. She hadn't really noticed anything off, but it appeared that Fleur's instincts had been right. Amber's eyes widened slightly when Evelyn said she and Noah had broken up, she wondered who had done the actual breaking-up part. But that was soon answered as Evelyn told them about her feelings for Lucas. If anyone could understand having feelings for a friend, it was Amber. "Oh, Evelyn. I'm sorry about you and Noah." She said softly. They had seemed so sturdy to her. "Are you sure you're going to tell him? Do you think he has feelings for you as wel?" Amber didn't keep up with gossip too much but she had the idea that Lucas had a girlfriend. She didn't really hang out with anyone that knew him aside from Evelyn, so she wasn't really sure.

Fleur listened to Evelyn tell them what she was thinking about. She was rather surprised, Noah was such a good catch from what she could tell. Handsome, from a good family, kind to want someone else seemed rather odd to Fleur. But she knew feelings came and went and it wasn't a surprise that Evelyn would want to date another boy while at school. The boy himself was a surprise to Fleur, she really didn't know much about Lucas other than that he was constantly dating someone, she was pretty sure he once dated the Merrill girl or someone in Evelyn's dorm. She glanced at the other two girls as Amber spoke seeing what their reactions were going to be. Lucas was dating another girl at the moment and she didn't think he'd drop things for Evelyn, though he should as Evelyn was pretty much the best girl in their year as far as Fleur's opinion stood. "When will you tell him?" She asked curiously.

Noemie could agree that it was perfectly fine that they didn't see each other as much currently, they were after all, busy people, with OWLs before them, there wasn't all that much time to spare on other things. She smiled at the girls surrounding her, warmed by the presence of her friends. Her attention shifted to Evelyn when the girl spoke, even further warmed by the gift that was being handed to her from the other girl. It was a sweet gesture and Noemie took the gift and just held it lightly in her fingers as she then placed the bracelet on, "it's beautiful," she added as the other girls made their own statements about it. It was a lovely gesture and a beautiful bracelet too. She knew that only for quidditch and other sports would she remove the kind gift that Evelyn had given her and the other girls. She wouldn't have noticed however, as Fleur did that something was wrong with Evelyn, and that Evelyn and Noah were over. it was a surprise to Noemie, though she hadn't spent too much time focusing on their relationship, but if Evelyn was unhappy then it made sense to break up.

Additionally Noemie didn't particularly know Lucas, other than as a friend of Evelyn's and she couldn't help but think that it perhaps wouldn't be a good idea to confront him about any of it. If he didn't feel the same way, or if Evelyn was uncertain, but following ones heart was an important thing too. Something that she could see would be beneficial than keeping it bottled up. She looked between Amber and Fleur who both asked questions about it, and Noemie couldn't think really of what else she could add about it. The questions were all right to be asked, and she knew that any person would be lucky to have Evelyn as a partner, but it perhaps wasn't the best way to go about it, but in her heart of hearts, Noemie couldn't help but say that it was better to be honest and straight forward and deal with the consequences afterwards, "We can be there for you no matter what happens," Noemie assured her, knowing that if it went well, she'd need them to be happy with her, and if it went badly for them to be there for her. It was likely to go either way, so it was better to cover both ground and support her. "It is better to be honest, and if he doesn't feel the same way, at least you told him and are able to be honest with yourself and him,"
