Elias was born in Oslo, Norway on the 13th of December, 2026 and is currently 16 years of age. He was adopted by his parents soon after in a closed adoption process. His biological mother wanted to give him up immediately upon his birth and refused to provide information regarding her heritage to Elias' adoptive parents so he therefore is unaware of his blood status bar the fact he is of magical descent in some way.

Elias has soft facial features. His hair is naturally ash blonde and curly which he keeps short and is always messy, and his skin is very pale. His body type is naturally scrawny and his limbs have always been lanky. He has one tattoo on his right arm. His personal style is very casual and disheveled which is not a choice for Elias, and more of a circumstance of how distracted he can get whenever he is busy organizing or planning things. He is most often found in loose tank tops that are crinkled with ripped and frayed jeans underneath some sort of coat or jumper to keep warm. When he is around his family he always wears a sweater or long sleeved shirt to hide the tattoo on his arm. He most often chooses to wear boots as it is the most practical footwear for facing Norwegian winters. If he ever dresses up, he goes out of his way to seem neat and stresses over this to a fault but this the only time he ever stresses over his appearance.

Elias is a person who has grown to be particular about anything, and everything. He is fussy about every tiny detail in his life, acting neurotic to a fault, and refuses to settle for anything less. This is due to many reasons, some of which are due to his lack of information about his heritage and the need to find a sense of control in his life, and because this has grown to be his own form of attention seeking from his family as he is otherwise drowned out by his siblings. This is both a positive and negative trait of his, positive in the sense he is constantly organized, and negative because causes him to be unable to form both friendships and romantic relationships in a healthy way due to having ridiculously high standards. Elias is known to freak out if things don't go his way and is prone to breaking down if even the smallest thing goes wrong. Many people are not able to handle this which is another reason Elias is unable to form proper relationships and why he is almost exclusively close with his family.

Elias has two adoptive mothers and a hoard of adopted siblings. He is closest with his adoptive brother, Tian as they are very similar in age and currently attend the same school. Elias trusts Tian the most out of his siblings and thinks of him as more of a twin than an adopted brother. Tian is the only member of the family who currently knows about Elias' tattoos because he has kept it a secret from everyone else, knowing they would freak out.

Elias currently has no pets but his family does own an owl they use for sending letters which they essentially treat like a pet. Most owls, as far as Elias is concerned, are independent from their families but his family's owl is constantly in the house somewhere if it isn't on a delivery. It is treated affectionately by everyone in the house and is overweight from all the treats it is fed.

This bothers him to no end because he wants to know more about his heritage but is unable to find out due to his biological mother refusing to provide this information. Elias is interested in many things such as history of magic, divination, ancient runes and astronomy. These are his favourite subjects in school and where his interests lie for the most part as they provide information on the past, present and future in different ways which Elias is left to rely on in order find out things regarding his heritage. Some of Elias' hobbies are reading fiction novels and mixing drinks. Mixing drinks being a derivative of his interest in potions during his early years of schooling which he has now grown out of. He owns many books on mixing drinks that are for the most part magical and has considered a career in mixology when he finishes school.
strengths
Because Elias is so particular with everything he does, he loves to make lists and is therefore very organized in his life. He is by extension, great with time management and due dates which assures him decent grades in most of his subjects. He is also a perfectionist which aids in the quality of his school work regardless of how much he may stress over it. Elias is very loyal to the people he is close with and will do anything to protect them, and will do anything in his power to keep them happy no matter what it takes.
weaknesses
While Elias is organized, great with time management and loyal to his family and the few friends he has, he is very neurotic, obsessive, and is prone to emotional breakdowns when things go wrong. This can be due to even the smallest detail going wrong and is directly caused by his perfectionism in addition to the fact he used tantrums and breakdowns to attention seek as a child. Elias unfortunately never grew out of having tantrums and this has escalated into his adolescence. He is currently getting better at dealing with problems, but is for the most part still heavily affected by his emotions getting the better of him.
favourite place to be
Elias' favourite place to be is his bedroom in his family's home because he views it as a safe space. It has all his favourite and precious belongings that he is too scared to bring with him to school and it still has his childhood toys. The space has a lot of nostalgia for him and genuinely feels like 'home' so this is definitely his favourite place to be.
hopes and ambitions
Elias is currently focused on achieving good grades in school. He is unsure what he wants to do with his future career and is torn between becoming a mixologist and becoming and academic. He is aware he can do both but he does not know if he will he able to divide his time equally between both of those passions and is attempting to figure this out before he graduates.

Elias' best subjects are history of magic, divination, ancient runes and astronomy because of his interests in them. He was great at potions in his early years but has now grown out of that.

Elias' worst subjects are Herbology, Care of magical creatures and flying when he was younger because they are all subjects that require going outside and hands on involvement. He is very much an 'inside' person who does not like getting his hands dirty so he does not enjoy these subjects.

It is something Elias' remembers fondly and it continues to be a secret with Tian, bringing him closer to the boy.
