Okay, so since the age for legal drinking changes in every country, I'm just wondering what age our characters can drink, or if you'd need admin approval for underage drinking. Is it seventeen, because that's the age your an adult in the wizarding world, or is it according to the laws of New Zealand? Thanks.

Solution
Hi there,

We use the wizarding age of majority (17) for wizarding characters. If you're roleplaying a muggle character go by the drinking age in the country they're in during the roleplay.
For wizarding characters under 17 that want to drink admin approval is required.

Like discussion on the board, roleplays must remain appropriate for anybody as young as 13 to read or take part in. This means that the following are prohibited without approval from an administrator:

Excessive gore/violence
The use of illegal/illicit drugs
Underage use of alcohol
Sexual content (Vague allusions left to the reader's assumption may be used concerning adult characters)
Suicide and self-mutilation

Best,
