It was Saturday morning when Laura got up from her four-poster bed inside the Ravenclaw Dormitory. Just as she opened her eyes, she saw her owl, Winter was widely awake that made Laura decided to make a letter for her parents. After she have finished writing, she fold it and took some biscuits from her pocket and gave it to Winter. Then she tied the letter to Winter's foot then the owl flew away. Laura started to wash her face and dressed up, and got out from the dormitory going to the Great Hall.

It was quite noisy down from the Great Hall. Laura sat down on a chair and joined with the Ravenclaw Students to their chat. Foods were appeared on all houses' table, Laura took some mashed potatoes and roasted chicken. That day, Laura was not very busy from her studies, that's why she's not feeling sleepy but she brought a piece of paper from her pocket. It was written about some reminders that Laura needed to research from the library. Laura was enjoying communicating with other Ravenclaw students. After the breakfast, Laura did not go to the library but, in the Rosebush.

Laura walked in the Rosebush and found a tree. She sat under it. There, she took a piece of parchment that she had used in the Transfiguration classroom. It was written about some notes that her professor taught them. She studied it. Her bright brown eyes did not get tired from reading the note all over again. She also studied her homework from the transfiguration. Nightingales were singing at the top of the tree that made Laura delighted and did not get bored.

After finishing all his homework, Yerik Rhys thought that he deserved a break. Perhaps a sprint on the lawn, sleep under the trees or something. As long as it will energize him up or rather cool the Ravenclaw up. He wondered if the Rosebush would be a perfect place to visit to, after all it's been a while since he'd been there. Yerik approached the place, seeing his fellow schoolmates enjoying themselves. "Now where to position myself?" he wondered glancing back and forth at the trees and rosebushes, until he noticed a a strong build tree nearby. He then approached it not noticing that it was actually occupied by someone else. As he was now in front of the tree and saw a girl sitting under it. He wasn't sure how to start his words, after all he haven't made any friends that are girls yet. The young boy took a deep breath and started to think of what to say to her, he didn't wanted to leave as he had choose and wish to stay there.

When Yerik Rhys had decided to do something, he assured to stay on his plan. "Uhmm, Hey. Do you mind if I join you?" he asked the girl quite nervous of what the girl might think of him. Hopefully he wasn't disturbing him as it seems the girl was in the middle of reading her notes. He also noticed that the stranger was from his house as well, a Ravenclaw. Her blue robes were easy to see from his view, he stood there waiting while listening to the nightingales singling as well. Yerik Rhys was please to see them, as he loves birds and categorize himself as a birdwatcher.

Three minutes have passed when Laura understand the notes she's reviewing. It was quite complicated but she tried it all over again until she got it. After she understand the notes, she read it again.

Students were walking in the Rosebush. They really like it there. It was not quite noisy besides everybody who walked there were just talking and laughing. Others were too busy from studying instead in the library. And, for sometimes someone shouted there, but not too noisy nor distracting. Laura was in the Rosebush again. She visited there twice from now. Every time she want to go there, she always bring her books or for sometimes, notes. She was second year last year when she met a girl from Slytherin and Laura make friends with her, the Slytherin girl was really nice.

While Laura was studying her notes, a boy was standing beside her asking if it is okay if he join with her. "Yeah, sure." Laura said, smiling.

Yerik Rhys though of accompanying the girl and just perhaps take some time to shut his eyes. It was the perfect for him to enjoy the sound of students laughing with joy. Then again it could also be a great place to watch birds from afar, it's been long since he had the chance to bird-watch these days. As the girl agreed, he sat a few inches away from the girl but was beside her. It would be odd to see two students, a girl and a boy sitting together but he didn't mind. People knew he wasn't interested in any relationships yet and if he was it would be eye catchy. He sat there not sure if he want to start a conversation, after all he was there to take some time off.

The Ravenclaw then decided to close his eyes for a minute, his wand inside his pocket assuring he was still armed even though he was taking a nap. He swear he needed a haircut as her a couple streaks of his hair was blocking his eyes. Yerik Rhys then slightly shook his head making his so called bangs sweep away from his face.

Laura still studying her notes. Her brain was already full and she's a bit tired from reading. She tried to relaxed her mind as she listened to the nightingales' song. She kept her note to her pocket and noticed that the boy was quiet so, she tried to make friends with him. "I'm Laura Bridge. Ravenclaw third year." she introduced herself. She was a bit shy.

As he was in a state of his dream, Yerik Rhys somehow heard a voice perhaps it was coming from his company. He slowly opened his eyes and now was aware it was the girl beside her. The Ravenclaw turned his head, now facing the girl. "Was it not visible that I was sleeping?" he thought a bit of confused if ever the girl noticed him. Still he was getting friendlier each day and by all means he needed to befriend his fellow schoolmate. "Pleasure to meet you Laura. Yerik Rhys Price, third year Ravenclaw as well." he replied sweeping his bangs of his face. It might be next year when the boy would cut his hair, during the holidays preferably. Yerik Rhys smiled at Laura to ease off the awkwardness, and continued on lying on the ground with open eyes.

The wind blew a bit cold over the rosebush as it blowed Laura's black hair. She quickly fixed it with her pale white hand. After Laura introduced herself, the boy spoke, she didn't noticed that he was sleeping. Laura quickly turned red, did she didturbed the boy? Hope I didn't. she thought to her mind. "I'm sorry, I didn't noticed." Laura apologized. She was thankful that the boy wasn't a kind of a short-tempered. He introduced himself and then he smiled at her. Laura smiled back. "Nice name." she told Yerik, smiling.
